Prologue

Precious memories that would never happen again.

Laughters that can never be heard again.

Smiles that can never be seen again.

All that there is, is despair and suffering.

Everything that happened, were they all just lies?

Happiness, hope, determination... those feelings that they felt... It was all replaced by fear and hopelessness.

The chaos that the destructive god has caused again, it was something that cannot be undone. It's all over now, everyone has been caught by this madness. This... is nothing but the beginning of the end.

The beginning of the apocalypse.

"Why, my child? There is no need to fear. You must become one with him, become one with the god."

"No! I don't want to!"

"Haruka... with this, all of our sins will be washed away. Sadness would be no more, there would be no more darkness in this world. It is something that we want, right? We want peace, we both want happiness."

"Hisamoto please! Don't force her!"

"Silence, ___. She is the perfect fit to become his vessel, and all of us would be happy. As his followers, we must listen to his words. We must bring him back, so none of us would be suffering anymore."

"Father-!"

"And you, Koharu. You would obey her from now on by the moment she becomes his vessel. And now... we shall start!"

"Ahh!!!"

"Ah!" The auburn haired girl woke up, panting and exhausted. She woke up realizing that she was trapped inside the void, with no one around her. She felt so scared, so lonely, and unnerved. "Where..."

"You're locked in this cage, my love~" She heard a voice that was the same as hers, although it had a different tone, a seductive one.

"Let me out... please! Let me out of here! Don't hurt my friends anymore, please!"

"Why should I? We're going to create a new world just like what Father intended, right?" Haruka saw her other self smiling creepily, letting out a small giggle as she went close to her.

"No... you're... you're going to hurt them! Please, stop this! You will put everyone in danger, they'll get hurt! Even Shishi- I mean Shiboku-kun will get hurt! Our friends won't like this either!" Haruka exclaimed, crying out.

"Who cares? As long as we get to be with Kouichi-kun, then I don't mind eliminating everyone that's in our way. We'll do anything for our Kouichi-kun, because we love him, right?"

"No! That isn't wise at all! Please stop this! Please! And... I don't mind not being with Kouichi-kun anymore, all my feelings for him... they're all things I can let go now! So please, don't do this."

"What are you talking about, huh?"

"My final words for Kouichi were... For him to be happy and to love someone that he truly does! I don't want to force him to love me, especially if it's you!" Haruka exclaimed to her other self, tears falling down her face.

"No. We love Kouichi! No matter what! Kouichi is the one that we want! He will be ours! After all... He's going to be our Adam!"

"NO!! HE'S NOT JUST AN OBJECT!! DON'T CALL HIM THAT! Besides... Besides... I've already decided to stop loving him! I'm ready to let go of my feelings for him! That's why... That's why you're wrong!"

"You're just lying to yourself, Haruka! You love him, don't you? So why won't you be with Kouichi?"

"Stop... he's a precious friend... and I'm giving up on him...."

"You're a coward."

All of a sudden, void-like bars fell all around Haruka. She was imprisoned and the other Haruka was staring at her with lifeless eyes and a blank expression. "You will understand, Haruka. All of this is for the sake of the world to learn silence and to make a new one. You will understand this, we will live a peaceful life."

"No... No! Please!"

"Silence."

The other Haruka finally disappeared, leaving Haruka alone and she sobbed. She embraced herself as she cried out. "Please... Don't hurt them..."

A certain auburn haired girl opened her lifeless eyes, looking down on the men who were in shock and afraid. Haruka let out a scoff before her expression changed into something sinister, her lips curled up into a twisted smile as she let out a giggle.

"My, she's really stubborn." Haruka said and looked at them. "What~? You really think that she's going to come back? No, she will never come back. That Haruka that you all knew... she's gone now. We don't need a fool like her to be using this body, after all, she's just a vessel. I can just use her whenever I want~"

"Now, shall we start this madness?"
