YB x Scared Reader (Short)

{Insert name} had a nightmare

Your eyes flash open, quickly sitting up in your bed breathing rather loudly with your hand wrapped softly around your throat. Your body felt as if it ran cold even if it was still room temperature. Just before you had abruptly woken, you had been having a nightmare. Although having such dreams were completely normal and everyone experienced it, the nightmares you would see when you closed your eyes had so realistic events that you could picture them happening in the real reality. All that you could remember though was one minute you were standing inside a black, darkness filled room. the next thing you know your choking on your own blood as your throat had been slit. Although it seemed like a usual thing to dream about, what made it so scary was the fact you could feel it. (Have you guys had dreams like that? I have and they scare me to death)

You begin to take deep breaths, although they were shaky it did indeed help calm the adrenaline. Suddenly, you feel a pair of long, slender arms wrap themselves around your waist. "eh-?" You said quietly, turning your head to see a tired Peter. His blue eyes were lidded so you could barley see them glow. "Your making too much noise..." He groaned. You chuckled at him, you knew he didn't mean it. he was just tired. "Sorry, I just had a bad dream." You told him. He stayed silent for a few moments, then he lowered his head and rested it on your shoulder. he brought one of his hands up to your head and ran his fingers through your hair comfortingly. You smiled at him and leaned onto him which he accepted and pulled you into his embrace, taking the blanket that you had been under and throwing it over the both of you. He stayed with you for the entire night, rubbing your back and making sure you were comfortable and happy. 

Kinda makes you wish that this was real...

For a while kinda forgot how long Peter's tongue actually was, then when I seen the fan art again by brain kinda took a while to process how inhuman that is. Not that i'm complain.
