A - Affection: How affectionate is he? and how does he show his affection?

Peter is VERY affectionate (As you can probably guess). So affectionate that it could be considered creepy or uncomfortable to some. 12/10 affection. I can see Peter's way of showing his affection for you being all of the above. He loves giving you gifts whether it's necessary or not, he loves complimenting you on the littlest things you do and even calls you adorable pet names. And more than anything, physical affection is right up his alley. If he can find any way to get you in his arms whether it be long cuddle sessions or just cozy hugs, you bet he'll definitely take the opportunity. 

B - Best friends: How would he act being your best friend?

Well to be honest, you guys didn't really have much of a friendship. Maybe a really short and brief one but I don't really think that would count as a true friendship.

C - Cuddles: Does he like to cuddle? How does he cuddle you?

This man ADORES cuddling. Like I said, if he has any opportunity to do so, then you bet he's gonna take it. I imagine his cuddling would be you leaning against his chest while the two of you are laying on the couch/bed watching tv in the dark. 

D - Domestic: Does he want to settle down with you? Is he good at cooking and cleaning?

Peter would love the idea of settling down peacefully with his darling one day. Of course that won't be happening anytime soon considering there are still plenty of people getting in the way of that  at the moment. But he often dreams about the time when it happens. As for cooking and cleaning, Peter does a good job at it since he lives by himself. If you're too tired or sick to do any of it yourself, Peter would gladly do it all for you. 

E - Ending: If he were to break up with you, how would he go about doing it?

Sorry it's death til do us part with this guy. Your not getting away like that ;]

F- Fiance: How does he feel about commitment? How quickly does he wish to get married?

Peter is 100% committed to ONLY YOU. No one else. Although Peter is obsessed over the idea of marrying you, he also values your opinion on it. If you're not really thinking about it at the moment, it's no worries. Peter could wait forever. However if you insist on getting married sooner in the relationship, he would be overly joyous.

G - Gentle: How gentle is he both physically and emotionally? 

For you, he's the gentlest person you'd even meet. treating his darling as if they are as fragile as glass. But technically, he's still a manipulative yandere character so he's also a little rough around the edges. 

H - Hugs: Does he like hugs? How often does he do it? what are his hugs like?

Peter loves hugs. Especially when they come from you. He hugs you more often than someone should. The feeling of being able to wrap himself around you so tightly always gives him such a loving feeling. His hugs are mainly loving, he likes to squeeze you while doing so. Holding you close to him. When you or him are upset or stressed about something, his hugs are gentle. He doesn't hug you as tight since he wants you to be the most comfortable at the moment as possible.
