Jasper sighed, "I'm straight Luke."
I nodded, not meeting his eyes, "I know".
" But... This whole soulmate thing... "
"Yeah..."
Jesse clapped her hands together once, "well, as sweet as this is, aren't you running out of time Lue? You do only get 12 of our hours, and you already wasted like 3".
I shook my head, a soft smile playing on my lips, " yeah of course you would know that."
Jasper was watching me, "Luke, is there any way we could be...like... Well maybe not together but...together?"
I looked away, "Mike is normal. He shares life with his mate. He left everything...everyone behind. I can't stay here... I'd be dead by tomorrow. But...if you wanted to leave everything behind..." I sighed sadly, Jasper had always been a caring person, and with his sister being sick, he had to take care of his family.
"Ok."
"o- what?!" I looked at him full of shock.
"Ever since she...passed...my family has been broken. My parents are only hurt when they see me, so the only person I'd leave behind is Jesss."
"Which I am tots ok with, witches make the portals, I could always visit, and you guys would too, once every 6 months your time." She hummed.
"you would throw everything away?" I looked up at Jasper.
He smiled softly, cupping my face in his hands. "I missed you...so so fucking much Lue. There is nothing for me here."
"I don't want you to leave it behind... I don't want to take you away...everyone will forget you Jasp."
"It's ok. I'm ok. But I can't live without you. My best friend... My mate.." He kissed me softly.
I kissed him back,as if he was my only life line, my only tie to reality.
"Lets go tell my boss then, that you'll be coming bacK with me."
