Chapter 12~ Football

More updates you lucky creatures ! I'm sat here with my friend Bethany who is trying to read over my shoulder! Bad girl!

I felt a constant jab on my face and the extremely annoying sound of Phoebes voice,

"Wake up!" She kept on poking me until I sat up and put my hands up In surrender. "Finally! I thought you was going to sleep forever but now your awake!" She grinned then pulled me out of bed I sighed then stood up since she dropped me on the floor and then waved her over to follow me.

"So shes awake huh? she asked me how to wake you. I just told her to poke you" my mum laughed and Phoebe started a conversation with my mum while I walked into the kitchen. I took out a box of s'more pop-tarts and shoved them into the toaster so we could eat them, obviously. I then got two large glasses and took the jug of orange juice out and filled them up. She better like my gourmet meal.

"Nomi i'm here!" Phoebe cheered to happy for so early like come on! Its 10:40. "Oh pop-tarts and orange juice! She sat there and munched on pop-tarts where as I finished mine and was drinking my orange juice. "Thank you for this fine meal chief Naomi" she grinned finishing of her last bit of oj and pop-tarts. Lucile came running up to us so I went through the routine of giving him food, fresh water and cleaning up the puppy mats.

"Hes so cute!" she cooed yet again at Lu. "So you have't told me the story of how you got him" she said obviously wanting me to tell her. so I wrote down what happened and by the time she read it gears were already turning in her head and she shouted "He likes you!" I shook my head in denial but my mum decided to go,

"Yes, Phoebe I agree!" my mum yelled from where ever she was in the house.

"See, your mum agrees also" she smiled smugly until she got a text and read it. "Gad damn it I have to go church. Mum said she will pick me up so..." I nodded and hugged her goodbye and she went since her mum was strangely already waiting outside. so I went upstairs and decided to play a game.

Lucile followed me up and sat on my knees when I sat on my bed while pebbles was on a pillow next to me. It turned out the dog and cat did get along which I was thankful for. I grabbed my gameboy advance and decided I should play some pokemon.

A knock on the door interrupted me from battling the 3rd gym boss.

"Naomi its me!" Oscar shouted through the door. I got up and opened the door to him and looked at him questionably. "I was wondering if you wanted to walk the dog?" He asked and I nodded picking Lu up and carrying him downstairs with Oscar behind me. I grabbed some poo bags and shoved them into Oscars pockets and grabbed the lead. He laughed at my immaturity  as I clipped on Lucile's collar. I passed him the lead and we started to walk out when me mum appeared out of nowhere.

"Where are you going?" she asked and I pointed to the dog and she nodded in understanding "Stay safe," we nodded then walked off.

"Ayra was at a party at Alexis house..." I nodded in understanding and he added on "She took to many shots got shitfaced and puked all over her carpet" I started to laugh as he grinned at my amusement. then we fell into a comfortable silence.

Oscars P.O.V

I watched her as we walked along in comfortable silence, its cute how she wouldn't step on the cracks in the pavement and made extra long strides or small steps making her walking uneven and how her hair fell in-front of her face every minute and she would sweep it behind her ear only for it to fall back in-front of her eyes again. I was debating for about ten minutes whether or not to ask her what I wanted to in the end I got the courage to ask her.

"So... Game season is starting up and all, and I wanted to know if you would... if you would come and watch you know?" I asked her cursing myself silently for stuttering. she took out her pad and wrote 'Really?'.

"Yeah because every player needs a girl to cheer them on and its only you and Phoebe I wouldn't mind cheering for me and since i'm the star player and all I need someone to watch me and yeah, i'm going to shut up now" I was quite once I realize I was rambling on. She was laughing at me in that adorable way she does and then nodded with enthusiasm. she suddenly stopped and I looked at her in worry as she quickly wrote down 'What game?' I was confused at why she was asking but I replied with,

"Football [remember he is American so football is rugby for you English people] its not very entertaining unless you like that kind off stuff but you can bring Phoebe and Lucile if you want they allow animals" she nodded and then hugged me so I hugged back... Don't sniff the hair... Dammit I sniffed it, I didn't really care though because it smelt like Apples ok i'm a creep now. She let go much to my dismay and wrote on her pad 'I can't wait !' I smile at her and replied,

"Me either, I'm going to embarrass you by shouting your name!" I teased her and she blush shaking her head, I laughed and he punched my arm playfully.

...

I lay in my bed, my parent having yet another argument. Me and Naomi walked for another hour and I ended up having to carry her and a muddy Lucile back because they both tired themselves out. My sister ran into my room and up to me in tears.

"there fighting again Otter" I sighed, she gets scared every-time they argue and they don't realize how it effects her. I hugged her and replied,

"Its okay Hun, they will stop soon enough" I hugged and shushed her until she slept. I decided to text Naomi.

Me- Hey Nomi , eventful night *Le sigh*

Nomi- Poor Oscar, what happened?

Me- Parents fighting and lil sis all upset

Nomi- That poo :( Tell her i'm here to hug her!

Me- I will, Night!

Nomi- Night :)

I fell asleep after that, Having Naomi make me feel better.
