Coffee Jelly (Gelatin)

2 cups strong black coffee, divided

1 envelope gelatin, unflavored

⅓ cup sugar

Milk, to taste (optional)

Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

1.) In a small mixing bowl, add ¾ cup of coffee and the gelatin envelope. Whisk until fully combined. Set aside.

2.) In a small saucepan, add the rest of the coffee and bring to a rolling boil. Add the sugar and coffee-gelatin mixture. Whisk to combine.

3.) In serving containers of your choice, add ½ cup of coffee-sugar-gelatin mixture and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

4.) To serve, serve black, topped with milk, coffee creamer, or whipped cream designed to look fancy. Enjoy immediately.
