❝𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐊𝐀𝐘, Santana needs space okay? At least for a couple more days until she is ready.❞ I told Kay as we were talking on the phone. Santana had been in the shower for the past hour and a half, and I know she didn't feel like talking to anybody, not yet.
My attention shifted towards the door once I saw Santana walk into the guest room her dad said I could stay in for a few days. Her hair was wet, which let me know that she had washed her hair. And her eyes had been swollen, probably because she had been crying.
"I'll fuck with you later, ight? Stay safe" I mumbled before hanging up the phone.
It completely shattered me seeing my best friend of many years in this state. She had always been there for me whenever I was going through something, and there was nothing I could do in return than be here for her in this moment.
"You good mama? Come here" I mumbled , opening my arms allowing her to walk up to me and wrap her arms around me before letting out a loud sob as she cried into the crook of my neck.
She had gone through so much within the last couple months, and it hurt me. Santana doesn't deserve going through this, she cares for everyone more than i've ever seen.
