Hey guysss!

This is my seventeenth book, unbelievable!

Updates won't be quick in January bcs of my exams right after of course I will update daily again (: Enjoy!

"Today is the day! Today is the day! Today is the daaaaaay!" Harry dances around his room, looking at the suitcases waiting in the corner. They are made and Harry is ready to leave for LA. It's like he is going to start a whole new life in a couple of hours. Harry opens the door and immediately he sees Zayn and Liam, his bodyguards, waiting in front of it.

"Good morning, mister Styles." Liam smiles. "Excited about the trip to LA? I really am!" Liam says. He sounds very excited, but he keeps a straight face, part of his job. It's better than Zayn though. He doesn't remember the guy ever talking to him. He is too professional. It's a shame because honestly Harry would do him. Zayn is hot.

But then Harry starts to realise Liam's words.

"What do you mean that you are excited?"

"That we are going to LA, mister Styles. Haven't left the Whitehouse much either." Liam jokes a little.

Harry is pissed, so fucking pissed. He slams his door shut and runs towards his father's office. He doesn't even bother knocking, he doesn't care.

"Dad!" Harry storms into the room angrily but the confidence slowly fades away when he sees his father with an older man in the office talking with loads of bodyguards around them.

"Harry." Desmond's voice is stern. "What is so important that you have to interrupt my meeting with the king of Belgium?"

Harry's jaw drops and he looks at himself. Here he is, wearing pyjamas and pink fluffy bunny slippers and this is just so embarrassing.

"Good morning, mister Styles." The older man, apparently king of Belgium, greets the teenager. "It's such an honour to meet you. You are an example for many youngsters in my country as well. Your coming out was world changing."

"Thank you, your highness." Harry bows for the king. "I am so sorry for interrupting your meeting with my father, I mean mister President."

"It's alright. The congress is tomorrow. I heard you have a very important day today. Good luck, mister Styles." The king stands up and immediately five guards are behind him. He says goodbye to the president before he leaves. When he is out of the room, Desmond gives his son a stern look.

"Harry, we discussed barging into my office. This is not what we agreed to."

"Well, we also didn't agree to sending bodyguards with me to LA." Harry snaps and he crosses his arms.

Desmond sighs and sits down in his big chair.

"Look, Haribo- "

"Don't Haribo me, dad!" Harry interrupts. "You promised I could go to college to have a normal life!"

"You are going!" Desmond reasons. "In a few hours we will be on the plane to drop you off. What is the problem, Harry?"

"The problem is that you are sending bodyguards with me. How can I live a normal life when I'm always followed by guards?"

"We agreed that you could go to college, Harry. We never discussed that you would go without security. There is no way that I'm letting you go all by yourself."

"That's not fair, dad!" Harry whines.

"Harry, you listen to me. You have two options: You go to school including guards or I will hire private teachers and..."

"How many guards?" Harry interrupts.

"Five."

"One."

"Five, Harry."

"Two, that's it. Here in Washington, it's also only Zayn and Liam following me around."

Desmond sighs, pinching his nose but he nods.

"Fine, Harry. Zayn and Liam are going with you. Why is it such a big deal to you? This is about your safety, son."

"I want to be able to finally have friends, that's pretty hard when you get followed around."

"You have friends!" Desmond argues.

"Zayn and Liam don't count, dad. They are paid to be by my side." Harry rolls his eyes.

"What about Taylor?"

"You mean the woman you pay to make sure I have a good public image? Yeah, true friendship."

"You know I always support you son and I just want the best for you."

And that's true. Harry can say a lot about his dad. He doesn't always have time for Harry because yeah, he is busy running one of the most important countries in the world. He is also overprotective, and his jokes are horrible.

But he is the most supportive father in the world. Harry doesn't think that there is another world leader that would proudly announce their son's sexuality and supports it in the middle of a campaign. Desmond always said that he doesn't want to run a country that doesn't respect his family and for some reason America was charmed by that. Except for some states of course, but Harry doesn't really care. In general, he got great reactions from over the whole world, and he is happy that his father got re-elected even after Harry's coming out. Desmond is anything but the perfect candidate on paper. His wife is from England, his son is gay, but the American people love him. Harry loves him.

"I'm sorry. I'm being a brat again. Thanks for giving me this chance, dad." Harry wraps his arms around his father and Desmond kisses his son's head.

"Go get changed and have breakfast with your mom. She has been crying all night because she is going to miss her little boy."

Harry laughs and nods.

"Are you going to fly with me to LA, dad?"

Desmond smiles and nods.

"Of course, Harry. I'll be there."

--

"Are you excited about studying in LA?" Taylor asks when they are on air force one.

"I wanted to go to London but it's alright I guess. I'm excited to live a life far away from the white house if that makes sense."

"It does." Taylor nods. "Just don't do stuff that gets you in trouble! You know who has to clean up the mess!" Taylor raises her eyebrow but a small smile is playing on her lips.

"Like you ever had to clean up my mess." Harry rolls his eyes theatrically.

"I should be paid more, Harry." Taylor laughs. "Remember when you insulted whole Saudi-Arabia during an interview?"

"It's not my mistake that they are so short minded that they would kill me if I go there, homophobic law it is Tay."

"You replaced the queen's sugar with salt..."

"It was a joke! She's a salty woman!"

Taylor laughs, shaking her head.

"You are a handful, Harry but I'm going to be honest. I can't wait to see the guy you are when you are not tied to the White house."
