Hi guys! Tomorrow is my last exam so after that I will be more active again. I'm excited. Currently I think I passed all, but fingers crossed still
After an ordinary but delicious breakfast Louis and Harry are on the train. The president's son wears a pair of sunglasses Louis gave him and in informal clothes he is really not very recognisable.
"Where are we going, Lou?" Harry murmurs, head resting on Louis' shoulders. He sounds very tired. The boy was very much awake during breakfast but now that he is just sitting in quiet, his eyelids are getting heavy again.
"We'll be there soon, babe."
Babe.
One word shouldn't wake up all the butterflies in Harry's stomach.
"It's okay for you right? I mean that I'm lying on your shoulder?" They both confessed they liked each other but they still haven't had a conversation about that yet and Harry is scared that he is crossing a boundary. He has never felt so comfortable with someone as he feels now with Louis but he doesn't know yet how comfortable Louis feels with him. Sure, he confessed that he liked Harry but that doesn't mean that he wants to be so close already.
Harry is overthinking, nothing new.
"You're cute." Louis smiles down at him. "That's such a silly question, love. Of course you can put your head on my shoulder. No need to be unsure about it, love. It's just that we are at our stop now." Louis takes Harry's hand and leads him out of the vehicle, keeping their fingers intertwined.
"You know that this was my first time on a train?" Harry asks when they are outside of the station.
"Also not before your dad became president?" Louis asks. Harry shakes his head.
"My parents have always been rich. We have always had a driver, even before he became president. My parents are overprotective as you might have noticed so they wouldn't let me on public transport. I'm actually sure they would kill you now if they find out."
"Don't joke about that, H. They can literally send the CIA to get me killed." Louis chuckles but Harry's face falls down. He looks at his feet. Because Louis jokes about it but it's a fact. People stay away from Harry because they are scared of his father, was even the case before he was president but now it's even worse.
"Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you." Louis lifts Harry's chin with his finger, connecting his blue eyes with Harry's green ones. "Your dad doesn't scare me away, okay? I'm here for you because I like you. Now, let's not talk about your father okay? Today is just the two of us, remember?"
Harry smiles and nods, heart beating like crazy when he looks into Louis' eyes, and they walk away from the station, going to their final destination.
"Oh my god!" Harry's eyes grow big. "This is..."
"Attraction parc time!" Louis smiles. "Is that okay? Want to go? If not we can just go to the beach or..."
"No! I love it. Lou, this is perfect. I haven't been to one since I was seven with my aunt and Gemma. Oh my god, thank you!" Harry pulls Louis into a hug and the older boy smiles. And Louis takes his hand again, leading him inside of the parc.
"What do you want to do first, Haz?" Louis asks. "There is a notice board where we can see everything." Louis points at the map of the parc.
"Nothing too rough, maybe. I mean, I've never been in a real rollercoaster. Can we maybe like... There is a pony thing? I love ponies!" Harry pouts and he looks at Louis with those big deer eyes. Harry can get whatever he wants from the older boy if he looks at him like that.
"Alright, we can start with the pony adventure. It isn't too far either."
"Yay!" Harry jumps, clapping in his hands like a little kid. "Let's go!" He grabs Louis' hand and they run towards 'Pony adventures'. And If Harry was the only one older than five sitting on a pony while Louis fondly took several pictures of him, well then that's only their business.
"Are you having fun so far?" Louis asks when they are sitting on the grass, eating a hotdog that is way too greasy, tasteless but still it's part of the experience.
"Having the best time." Harry confirms.
"Got some ketchup there." Louis licks his thumb and carefully removes the red substance from the corner of Harry's mouth. The curly lad feels his heartbeat speeding up and his cheeks are as red as the ketchup Louis just removes. The older boy has a smug smile on his face when he sees that.
"Cutie." He mumbles under his breath but loud enough that Harry hears anyway, making him even more crimson red.
Louis decides that he has been teasing enough and when they finish their hotdogs, they go to the big, colourful building called 'Kids Land'.
"Ball pool!!" They both shout when they enter. They make a run-up towards the ball pool, scaring a bit the children around them, and jump in.
"I'm attacking the United States!" Louis jokes while throwing balls at Harry.
"Great Britain will go down!" Harry jokes back, laughing.
Louis jumps on Harry's back and the boys playfight until they hear someone scraping their throat.
"Excuse me boys!" A guy with a red cap and red with yellow uniform stands in front of the ball pool. "Have you read that sign?" He points at a board where is written you are not allowed to be taller than 1m60 to enter the ball pool. "You are too tall, I'm sorry!"
"You are my favourite person!" Louis exclaims. The man gives him a weird look when the boy jumps out of the pool. "Have you heard him, Haz? I'm too tall! Told you I was big." Louis says proudly. Harry rolls his eyes as he leaves the pool, excusing himself to the man as well before they leave the rainbow coloured building.
"I think we should end our day with this." Louis says pointing to a rollercoaster with loops. "It looks really fun."
"Oh hell no, Lou. That's literally an attempt to murder me."
"Don't be dramatic, H! Come on!"
"I've never been in one."
"What do you mean you've never been in one? You said you were in an attraction parc before, babe."
"When I was seven!"
"It's alright, okay? I'll hold your hand." Louis squeezes Harry's hand softly, making his words more believable.
"Now you are just acting like it's a task to hold my hand." Harry jokes.
"Oh yeah? Watch me then." Louis grabs both of his hands as he slowly walks backwards towards the rollercoaster, giving his curly a smug smile.
"You know I hate you, right?" Harry groans when they end up in the line for the 'Typhoon'.
"No you don't." Louis beams, hugging Harry from behind and resting his chin on his shoulder.
"Are you even tall enough to go in here?" Harry teases, receiving a small pinch from Louis in his side.
"Did you forget about the fact that someone called me too tall?" Louis sasses.
"Yup, in a playground area where the maximum age is 10, love."
"Details." Louis rolls his eyes.
"Oh my god..." a boy with the costume from the park comes towards Louis and Harry. "Mister Styles.. It's such an honour to meet you. If you want you don't have to wait in line." The boy says politely.
And Harry wants to agree, just to get over with this ride. It looks awful and he is impatient, he wouldn't mind going back to Pony Adventure.
"Thank you for the offer." Louis speaks up before Harry. "But Harry here will just wait in line like everybody else."
The boy nods and Harry turns around, pouting at Louis.
"We will be waiting for ages, Lou!" Harry whines.
"Welcome to normal life, babe, where you belong." And Louis' hand slips into Harry's and his head rests on his shoulder and suddenly Harry doesn't care anymore he will have to wait for over an hour only to die in a rollercoaster. Louis is here, and to Louis he is just Harry.
