Celestia, if this falls through...

It'll work. Just trust me.

Where am I?

You can't stay, child. From now on, you are bestowed with my power and will be known as Azure. Good luck on your journey, and I'll see you at the end.

For a brief moment, I felt like my body would be torn apart by all the power being inserted into it. The strange woman took her soft hands off my chest, and the pain subsided, but I wasn't able to take anything in as it all went black. I don't know if I was falling, but it sure felt like it. When I finally managed to stand, everything was still dark. I had no memory of anything except my name, and an extensive amount of knowledge about a world that I'd never heard of.

You can play the memories of this world back, but for now, you should see the present.

Huh?

Darkness became light, and I was surrounded by a place consisting of only broken white stone structures, and an abyss of clouds below. Walking up the stairs at the bottom were two blonde haired people, wearing clothing in an unfamiliar style. Two shooting stars passed by overhead, both golden in color. I sat on top of one of these strange broken pillars, wearing clothing in a strange, almost spirit-like style. Why in the world was I wearing all white and silver...

The serenity of the almost perfect place was broken by dark red and black stars appearing, contrasting against the colors that belonged here. The pure sight of it was enough to scare me, but the person who walked through seemed worse. Their presence alone was enough to make my skin crawl, and I gripped the stones tightly with my bare, unprotected hands.

"Outlanders, your journey ends here!"

"Who're you!?"

"The sustainer of heavenly principles. The arrogation of mankind ends now."

Even I knew fighting someone whose mere presence would scare someone was a pointless matter, but the two people who the 'Sustainer of Heavenly Principles' called outlanders chose to summon their weapons and fly into a fight. I had somehow still gone unnoticed in this strange realm. I didn't know what to do, so I just watched the madness of the fight unfold.

After a massive explosion that most would assume deadly, the god was still standing, and seemed to have the female of the two fighters trapped, and before I knew it, they were caught in strange red-black cubes and had been taken. It took a lot of energy not to shout for the fight to stop. Go figure, maybe I should've.

"Lumine!"

The other fighter got really reckless with their swings, and even fell to this Unknown God. Her voice felt familiar though. As soon as both outlanders were gone, the god turned to me, before appearing right in front of my face. I sat there in shock, unable to answer, hands gripping the stone nearly hard enough to crack it.
