I rest my head on top of my hand. This job is really boring. I worked at a convenient store with my grandparents to help pay for rent and business. I was in highschool so it was just part-time. I felt a bad feeling when a group of teen boys walk in laughing and joking. One of them catches my eye. He had light blue hair and a tattoo on his cheek. Some bandages here and there and a long scar from his mouth to ear. With made me glance at his dangling earrings. I looked at his face again and realized he caught me staring. I jerked my head to the side and just watched the cameras. He continued to glare at me and go back and talk to his friends. "Soooo embarrassing." I mumble. They're probably talking about me. The boys wandered around the store getting stuff. I glanced at him from time to time. Which he kept noticing me. I mentally smacked myself in the face. 'Stop looking at him!!' I screamed at myself in the head. Biting my nails I walk away from the counter and lean against the wall on my phone.
"Yo chick!" I glance up and see the group. I can't help but feel butterflies when I see the light blue hair. He was standing in the back. "We're ready." The guy in the front says and I continue to ring them up. "So uh. You single?" My face slightly turns but I stop it and continue ringing them up. "Uh- yeah." I smile at least this isn't awkward. They're trying to make small talk I guess. "Cool cool. Thanks!" They payed and started to walk out. Before leaving the last boy with light blue hair hands me a note and leaves. I watch him walk out with a hot feeling on my face.
When I opened the note and saw a few words.

"The name's Joker, call me"
and underneath that was his number.

I feel myself smiling and I jump around.
"Sweety is everything okay you're acting crazy !?" My grandma runs in from the back room.
"I got a boys number Ma!" She smiled and starting jumping with me.
