We laughed all the way home from the drive in theatre

George is a funny guy

"Well I think our ab workout is done for today so let's pump the jams" George said as he turned up the radio

"Next up, we have "Red lights" by Tiësto"

"I actually love this song" I said as I turned up the music

"What's that I hear? Hardcore Sam loves a pop song?!" He said In a shocked tone

"Hush child, it's starting"

A giggle escaped his mouth as he diverted his attention back to the road

"Blacked out, everything's faded
On your love, I'm already wasted
So close, that I can taste it now, now
So let's break right out of these guilty cages
We're gonna make it now
Don't ever turn around
Don't ever turn around"

I sang passionately whilst lightly dancing in the car

George would look ever every now and then and crack a smile

The song ended as my date's hand reached over the mine in my lap. the moment out fingers touched, I felt shivers down my spine. His hand interlaced with mine and all I felt was a sense of warmth and comfort

I should become a poet

This boy was really making me soft

"What about we go for some frozen yogurt huh" he said as he looked over at me, his hand never leaving mine

"Sounds good to me"

He drove for about 4 minutes until we searched the boulevard where Menchi's was

His hand abruptly left mine as he parallel parked on the side of the road and got out

I was about to open my door when my phone fell out of my pocket. I bent down to get it and came back up to see George standing near my door which he opened for me like a gentleman.

I got out the car and put my phone back in my pocket.

We walked around for a bit in silence just looking at the beach and the pier and everybody out and about

He broke the silence by saying "I'm actually having a really good time Sam"

I looked up at the tall Californian skater boy and replied " Me too G, this has been truly one of the most amazing dates I've ever been on"

"Well then, we should do this more often, shouldn't we" he said, looking down at me

"We should"

I took a deep breath and looked down at his hand, he wasn't looking at me so I slowly interlaced out hands again, creating shivers again

He squeezed my hand gently and smiled at me

We walked over to Menchie's and grabbed a cup each

We went around to all the yogurt machines, filling our cups and then adding toppings

We took it over to the counter where this fair young lady greeted us and told us how much the bill was

After having another mini fight, George finally let me pay because he was interrupted by his brother calling him

I payed the lady and took both our cups outside where George was waiting

"Yeah, she's loved the drive in. No I'm not going to tap it, shut up, whatever I'll see you at home bye" I overheard him say on the phone
