-Several days earlier outside ANHS-

Professor Ayanokouji POV

Tsukishiro has failed me, and that boy has no interest in returning to the whiteroom. Why can't he just see that the garbage at ANHS could not possibly teach him anything that the whiteroom could not already provide.

That fool Sakayanagi has been reinstated as the chairman once again, which means I am back to square one. The two brats I sent to the school are taking too long, but I suppose that was to be expected.

That being said, I can't afford to let my property waste any more time at that wretched school. The more time that it takes to retrieve him, the less funding the white room will get as I won't be able to win over investors with his extraordinary skills.

It appears drastic and forceful measures will need to be taken. There is only one person I can think of for the job. They would have the power to both confuse Kiyotaka with something he is not used to, and have the physical power to stand up to him. This is going to be a huge gamble as I myself am barely able to control her, but he leaves me no choice.

"Get the car ready, we are going to the secluded house in the woods nearby to retrieve agent K." I command two of my body guards. One of them runs out to prepare the car, while the other one turns towards me.

"But sir, shouldn't we bring more people? She isn't the most compliant individual."

"Are you questioning my orders?" I ask while glaring in his direction.

"N-No sir!"

"The next time you question my orders, you and your family shall be erased from society. Understand? Now let's get going." I ordered.

-At the secluded house in the woods-

"Sir we have arrived, what do you propose we do to make contact with agent K?"

"Well it's a house. So go ahead and knock on the door. No need to do anything extra." I replied.

*Knock* *Knock*

No immediate response was given from the knocking. It seems agent K is not pleased to see us at her house. No matter, I will just have to force her to let us in.

"Open the door, I am sure you don't want to get on my bad side, Kumiko. I wish to keep this as civilized as possible."

*Multiple locks being unlocked can be heard from the other side of the door*

As the door opened, a familiar face with long black hair and blue eyes I have seen often before emerged. But her expression was far from welcoming, which was to be expected, but her eyes were abnormally red and the skin near her eyes seemed to be irritated.

"What do you want? I quit working for you nearly four years ago now, and have released no secrets of yours to the public." stated Kumiko.

"Stop playing dumb. The job you have isn't something that you can just quit being. Twelve years ago I used my resources to train you to be an assassin with experience in martial arts, and I refuse to let you walk away from those responsibilities. Be grateful I gave you an extended vacation. I responded.

As if understanding the situation she was in, she stepped aside nudging the two bodyguards and I to enter the house. It had been a while since I was last here, but nothing seemed different. Kumiko was never the type to buy many things such as decorations or furniture .

As I entered the living room, there still wasn't much to see in terms of decoration or furniture aside from the normal everyday coaches and rugs.

Oddly enough I did notice that the trash can was full of tissues, which was strange but not something I cared about. I could see into the kitchen from where I was standing and noticed there was a bowl of soup on the table. It appears I had interrupted her dinner with my impromptu visit.
