"Jacqueline are you packing?" Helena asked.
"Yes" she threw her stuff in the briefcase harshly.
"Let's go and see which slut did Niall marry!" She said madly.
"Jacqueline" Helena warned.
"What?! All I'm saying is he had no right to forget his childhood friend!" She said.
"Just because he married someone doesn't mean he forgot you. I promise you he will be happy once he sees you" Helena said.
"Yeah but also I would never have the chance to be more than friends with him"
"Well don't be. There are other men as well"
"Whatever" she continues packing.

Abby was looking around while sitting behind the table.
Everyone was wearing a classy dress with expensive jewelry attached to them.
"Who's party is this?" Abby asked Niall.
"A guy named Tony. He owns this mansion and we are business partners."
"I thought you said it's not a business party"
"The reason behind this party isn't but the reason that we have attended is."
She nodded moving her gaze around the hall again.

"Horan" Tony sat next to Niall.
"Tony" Niall smiled and shook hands with him.
"Hello. You must be Mrs Horan. I'm Tony, nice to meet you" he raised his hand toward her.
"Nice meeting you too. Abby" she shook his hand.
"Have you ever been to a classy event before?" Tony asked Abby.
"No. This is my first time" she smiled politely.
"Ah..then I'm honored. Hopefully you're enjoying it"
"I am"
"Great. Great. Well I have to say hello to my other guests as well." Tony stood up.
"Nice seeing you both" he lowered his hat and walked away.

"I thought he was going to be a cruel guy and you hated him" Abby told Niall.
"Why's that?"
"Usually in the movies the business partners hate each other" Abby giggled.
"Well that's in the movies. Tony is a great guy" Niall smiled.
She nodded smiling.

The lights became dim and the music turned into a slow rhythm.
"You all know the deal. Get your love ones and dance" Tony said into the microphone.
Niall offered his hand to Abby and she accepted it.
They walked into the middle and joined other couples.

He guided her hands around his neck and then he wrapped his arms around her waist.
They both started to sway their bodies slowly and moved their feet to the mellow beat playing in the background.
They were standing so close to each other. Their nose and lips were brushing and their breaths were hitting their face.

"You look so beautiful" Niall whispered to her.
His breath fanned her face.
She blushed a little.
"Thank you"
He smiled at her blushing and kissed her forehead.
She put her head on his shoulder and they continued dancing while he stroked her back in a comforting way.

From the afar there was a figure standing watching the couple dancing romantically.

Zayn Malik

He smiled bitterly and walked away.
"If only I saw you first" he muttered to himself.
His mind drifted to an imaginary scenario he had in his mind about him being Abby's husband.

"Once upon a time" Abby was wearing a long white dress laying on his lap reading him a book.
He was wearing a long beige coat gladly listening to his wife narrating the story.
The birds were singing happily above them
The water was flowing and the trees were dancing with the wind
She looked up at him and gave him a soft smile.
He smiled gently and kissed her forehead.
Everything was perfect
Except the fact that this was all in Zayn's head and it was far from reality

"She is his girl" Zayn snapped out of his imaginary world hearing someone talking.
He stood behind a wall and started eavesdropping.
"Easy plan. Distract Horan and I'll get the girl."
Zayn heard enough.
He walked back into the ballroom and walked toward Niall.

"Niall watch out. Someone's trying to take Abby away" He said to his ear.
Niall's grip tightened around Abby's waist.
She became concerned and looked at him.
"Is everything okay?" She asked innocently.
"Yeah" Niall nodded.
"Let's go back to our seats"
They walked back to their table.

Niall texted Tony about those mysterious people and Tony assured him he will take care of them and nothing will happen.
"Are you sure everything's okay?" Abby asked Niall.
"Yeah why?"
"You're so tense all the sudden"
"Nah it's fine" he took a sip of his drink.
Tony and Zayn walked toward Niall.
"They're planning to attack. Normal guests have left the ballroom. They're all with us now. All you have to do is to make sure your girl is safe" Tony whispered to Niall.
"When do we except them to atta-"

Bang

Abby yelped in fear.
"Now" Tony answered Niall's question while standing up.
"Niall go. We're here" Zayn said taking his gun in his hand.
"Niall?" Abby was scared.
"We have to go" he held her hand and began walking away.

"Too scared to stay Horan?" The mysterious man stopped the attack.
Niall stopped walking.
He was hesitant to stay or keep walking away.
"That much of a looser, really?" He said with a smirk on his face.
Niall took out his gun and turned around suddenly shooting that man's shoulder.
"FUCK" he yelled in pain holding his bleeding shoulder.
Abby saw it.
She was shaking in fear.
"Never call a Horan scared looser" Niall said and held Abby's hand walking outside.

She saw it.
She saw how her husband shot a man so smoothly like it's the easiest job in the world.
Like he's been doing it for years.
