Days passed by, Prince Ha Jun and Princess Ha Eun became very good and close friends with Prince Hyung sik and Prince Hyung joon. And as time flew, the feelings of both princes towards Ha eun grew stronger and bigger. There were some situations when one of both had to face jealousy but it doesn’t affected their brotherhood. But the question raised- Who is the one Princess Ha eun will choose?
Now only 2 weeks were left for them to stay in Joseon. And both princes knew that they had to make first move.
One fine day, Princess Ha eun was just sitting at the side of the lake enjoying the beauty of Joseon. And that’s the time, Prince Hyung Sik decided to make the first step and he approached Ha eun. He tapped her right arm and by the sudden touch she flinched a bit and turned to her right only to see the one and only handsome Prince Hyung sik.
“Oh, you almost scared me!” she laughed shyly. “Sorry, I didn’t meant to scare you, I just wanted to talk to you.” Hyung sik replied while scratching the back of his nape in an apologetic way followed by an awkward laugh. As if princess sensed something so she asked him “Is there anything wrong? What do u want to talk about?” “Ahh, I just wanted to ask you something.” Said Hyung sik with nervousness as he didn’t know if Ha eun like him back or not.
“Sure, what is it?” replied Ha eun with a soft smile.
“Ha eun, whatever I’m going to tell you, can shock u a bit. Ha eun, the day you came to Joseon and the moment I saw you, I felt something in my heart, and my heart skipped a beat once I saw your smile. Everyday I wake up excited that I’ll get to see you and talk to you again. I wasn’t sure of my feelings but the day you told me that we will never break our friendship no matter what happen, I realized that I want to spend my time with you and only you, I want to see you, your smile everyday. I don’t know if you like me or not but I’m sure that if you choose me, I’ll never disappoint you. It’s okay if you like someone else. You don’t have to answer me now, please take your time but remember I like you and will always be with you in your hard times.” At last, Hyung sik confessed his feelings to Ha eun.
“Hyung sik, we are friends and we’ll forever be but ….”
