Diana's POV
" Ryan I'm going to the Cafe, do you mind watching over Alexis. My boss won't think well of me if I miss work.pleeaaaaasssse." I said with my puppy dog eyes.
I knew he wasn't going to resist.
" Sure, but what's in for me".
"I'll give you 10 dollar"
" Make that twelve"
"Ryan that's too much"
"I guess mom and dad would like to know that the 'responsible one' is being irresponsible" he said stressing the ' responsible'.
"Fine" I said as I handed him the money.
I grabbed my jacket and left without any makeup.

At the Cafe
" Okay it's my shift I'll Continue from here" I said to my co worker as I stood behind the counter.
Just then I saw some blue eyes entering into the Cafe. Oh my God it was Jayden.
He won't recognize me would he?
Just be cool.
"Hi can I have a Cafe latte." He paused after looking up from his phone.
"You look familiar, have we met before?" He questioned.
"No it's the first time I'm seeing you"
Keep up the good work Diana.
"Oh sorry but you look nevermind" he said as I brought his order.
"I know I may seem a little weird but what's your name?" He asked
"Me, my name's"
Diana think fast
"Miranda, yeah that's my name".
"Miranda huh, okay" he said almost in disbelief.
Did he know don't I look different please God let him not realize.
He left to his seat as I continued my shift.
Ding ding I heard my phone's notification then I checked the message.
Lucy: Girl can you meet me at my house I got a real emergency.
Diana: But I'm on my shift.
Lucy: Text me the address and I'll meet you there.
I can't let Lucy see me like this .
Diana: don't worry I'll meet you there. My shift is almost over it will only take a couple of seconds. 5,4,3,2,1 that's it I'm done.
I left the Cafe and headed to Lucy's house wandering what the emergency would be.
