chapter 1

Dressed in grey
you were lost in thought
thinking something deeply looking up
made my eyes stop and look at you

Dressed in blue
you ran across the hall
seeing you made my heart flutter for the first time
made me curious enough to follow you

Dressed in white
you read the first two parts of this poem
seeing you read that
made me feel flustered

Platonic these feelings may be then
shy I may be
I never expressed to you that day that those words
were written with your thoughts

Dressed in Cream
you looked tense
seeing you like that was sad
made me worried enough to come and console you

Dressed in yellow,
you called me
and before I could respond you left in a hurry
made me feel disappointed in myself unable to act at the instant

Dressed in pink
you came and hugged me
like you did for everyone on our parting day
it may mean a friendly hug for you but
made butterflies fly once again for the nth time I couldn’t keep count of

There after you left
I felt hollow
I know you had your issues like I had mine
we both needed time
I decide to speak up

Dressed in Colors
I don’t remember now
as I see you climbed each step towards success
made me proud

one by one
you filled all the colors in my rainbow
colors of the soul
now the time has come for me to speak up
 how will I tell you ?

Matt:
Today after three years from that day, I am meeting her, sort of presenting an award with her, you know the TV world, there will be so many award functions that will be going on, and today is one such day, and I am lucky to be assigned with her by the producers, and a she was already there, beautiful as always s I approached the backstage we were called to present and we walked to the podium
“We heartily welcome Matt Carroll of the famous boy band group stupid and the our musical fairy who now is the lead in most famous musicals, Mihi McDonough onto the dais to present the award” as the host finished speaking, we reached the podium greeted the audience
“Hello everyone, how are you ?” and as I spoke up, a roar of applause and squeals went through out the auditorium, thanks to my popularity today, I was scouted by a top entertainment company after that day and an equal amount went through for my partner too
“Hello everyone, hope you all are having a good time here tonight ” as we both finished their greetings the host spoke again
“you both look stunning today”
“thank you”
“let us see the nominees for the best new male face award” as the host finished speaking actors with scenes from their respective world started playing on the screen.
“I guess we both are hoping for the same name to be selected right??”  as I asked Mihi nodded smiling to me, we both patiently waited till all those actors videos are being finished and the host spoke excitedly now
“the best new male face of the year goes to Aaron Pattinson” a round of applauses went over and from the front row people rose a tall boy leaving behind a couple who were sitting with him and came on to the stage.
“congratulations Mr. Aaron” the host greeted him and continued to say about the drama, and he headed towards us, we all exchanged warm greetings and smiles we only could understand, after presenting his award, he left the stage and as our work finished I went back to my place while she went back to yoona and Martin, I see that Tae is not there with them, from what I heard yoona too debuted this year, in some drama, which started airing not long ago,
“you know them right ??” one of my band mate asked
“we went to the same school”
“all of them ??” I nodded for his question and waited for the night to end, as the ceremony was completed, I have taken my leave from my band mates and started searching for mihi and the other two, after few minutes I could only find mihi going towards her car
“where are yoona and Martin??” I asked her
“why? they both left for a date, they haven’t met in a while with their busy schedules”
“oh I thought we all could catch up with one another since it has been long” she nodded to me while our eyes fell on the tall figure walking at a distance from us
“come” we both went towards him
“does anyone remember me??” “And me?”  he turned back to face us and keeping a confused look as if he was trying to remember he spoke with a mischievous grin
“aaah,  do you mind introducing ? I am not quite sure” he is thinking to play around, then something flashed in my mind as I spoke
“oh, looks like we have mistaken you for someone else, sorry, Mihi let’s go home” I pulled mihi with me as we started walking and a few steps ahead, we both were stopped by him , I know this will happen,
“why do you even plan on such silly things Aaron” I asked him
“haha, you know, I was trying to act popular, just like movies”
“now you try to act to us too stupid” mihi said as she punched his arm lightly and being Aaron,  he started over acting as he started whining
“my hand, you broke it Mihi McDonough, my filming career is over, what do I do now ??” he said faking to cry
“and this is called over acting” and like that we all burst out laughing, after a few moments, Aaron spoke
“yah guys let us go somewhere else” as we got into the car and seated ourselves mihi asked him
“Aaron, where is sam, why didn’t she come today ??” oh I forgot to mention that Mihi and Aaron are cousins
“she has some work today, working on a film set”
“oh it would have been nice if she was here too” she said
“de..but what do I do ?? You guys have to adjust with just me today” he said as he winked to us
“ah, Aaron, where are your brother and sister-in-law, they were here at the beginning of the ceremony right ??”
“They are busy as you know; they just came for my part”
“oh.” After that we were quiet for a moment when Aaron spoke
“so how was your training those past two years ?”
“They were so tiresome, but I had fun, my band mates, they were fun to be with and training was hard, we were said to practice for hours together”
