Cheating Mafia Boyfriend x reader

Chapter 1

Y/n pov

I wake up once again to no one by my side. I'm use to this though. I only see him three times a week if I'm lucky. I mean he did tell me he wasn't going to be around much because how busy he is, which is understandable. But sometimes its to much to bear. I want to feel his warm breath down my neck, him holding me in his arms. I drag myself out of bed to get ready for another day of work. Shin said I dont have to work since he make enough for the both of us but I need something to do so I have been working at a company for a year now and its really hard work to. I look at myself in the mirror and I look so tired. You know what I'm gonna call in sick today I really need this. I sit back on the bed and just lay there. I don't know how long I have been laying here but I slowly drift back to a much needed sleep.

I dream about the time when me and Shin met first met. It was a bright summer day when we first met. I was walking around in a daze thinking about what to have for dinner for this evening when I bumped into this tall man wearing all black with two  guys on either side of him.

"Oh I'm really sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going. Are you okay?" 

A small gasp escaped my lips when I take a good look at him and he looks like a god. He was easily the most handsome man I have ever seen. He gives me a small smile. I hope I look alright.

"Are you okay miss?"

"o-oh yes I am thank you."

"That's good my names Shin."

"y-y/n" i stuttered nervously.

This has to be fate right. I dont believe in fate but im starting to. He was about to walk away when i grab onto his sleeve.

"E-excuse me. U-uh can I have your number? Maybe we can get to know each other."

Wow I can't believe that came out of my mouth. This is a first. What if he rejects me?? He gives a small chuckle.

"Sure."

We exchange numbers and I stare in awe. I can't believe i just got a boys phone number. We start by exchanging message slowly and meet up every once in a while. I ask him out on valenitines day to which he accepts. I cry happy tears as we just stand there. This was four years ago. I'm 22 now but the memory is still so fresh in my mind. There have been up and downs during the relationship but nothing we couldnt sort out. I mean were just so in love, right?

I wake up with tears in my eyes. I look at the clock to see that I slept nearly the whole day away. The sun is already going down. Why am I so emotional. Am i on my period? I take a quick check. Nope thats not it. I was pretty shocked when he told me he was apart of the mafia but I loved him regardless or anything. I get off the bed, "well theres no use in just sitting here." I gotta do something. I quickly change into sweatpants and a plain white tee. I do some chores and make a quick and easy dinner for me and Shin. I sit down on the couch and wait for him to come back so we can eat dinner together.

(Time skip)

I wake up to someone shaking me softly on my shoulder. 

"Babe why are you sleeping on the couch. Sleep on the bed.

"Shin-san, when did you come home"

I look at the time and its just past midnight.

 "Why did you come home so late?"

"There was some stuff I had to get rid of but I'm home now"

I drift off to sleep in his arms letting my eyes shut.

(Time skip)

I wake up and look at the clock 9am. I look over to Shin's side of the bed and he's gone like usual. I never new mafia bosses were this busy. In kdramas they always make time for there lovers. Sunday. My only actual day off. I love days like these when me and Shin would watch kdrama all day with each other and enjoy each others company. But lately its only been me since Shin is always busy. I slowly get up. 

 "I never see him anymore" I whisper.

My heart aches for him.

I go down stairs to watch some kdrama by myself once again. When I see all these lovey dovey couples makes me feel so sad inside. Then I see one of the characters make her boyfriend lunch and give it to him at his office. Then it hits me. That's a great idea. I'm gonna do that to. Since Shin is always so busy I'll just make him some lunch. I run to the kitchen and start to prepare a bento for him. I'm great at cooking but since me and Shin started dating I barely cook for him anymore since he is never here to enjoy my cooking. After I decorate it and write him a quick note of how much I love him, I rush to my car and head to the company. 

I arrive after 10 minutes. You wouldn't expect for this place to be for a mafia its nice and looks just like a regular company. I walk in to the receptionist.

 Hello, I'm here to deliver lunch for my boyfriend.

Oh you must be his girlfriend. Uh, he is actually busy at the moment.

Oh it won't take long maybe just 20 minutes of his time.

 Ok then. 

She looks kinda nervous. Eh, I would be nervous too if I worked for the mafia as well. I'm overthinking. She hands me a visitor pass and I head to the elevator. I made it up to the top level where I see large brown doors in front of me. I knock on the door hard so Shin can hear me from the inside. 

 I dont hear a reply so he must be too busy to here me. So I'll just walk in.

I slowly push the door open and was not prepared on what to see on the inside.
