The 8 contestants will enter this island one by one, through this wooden entryway.

Meanwhile, MCs Yuna and Kai will comment along with the show, though they won't interact with the contestants directly during this time. Prior to the show, Yuna and Kai had made the mistake of revealing Yeonjun and Yeji as each other's partners; the contestants were not meant to know their partners yet. However, as of now, the contestants' partners are a mystery to them.
Nevertheless, the atmosphere is hot (in more ways than just the weather), and I know we're all ready to tune in.
YUNA: Welcome to "The Love Experiment". I know this show has been long awaited! Without any more delays, let's quickly go over the rules of the show, then witness our contestants for the first time.
KAI: Here on Jeju Island, the contestants are independent! There are two sleeping areas, separated by gender, and an outdoor kitchen with fresh ingredients for cooking. Also, during this time, they may not use their phones or any technology.
