After school....
"You know, Zach told me that Nathan is excited that you're going to the party tonight." Lucy informs me as she's currently curling my hair.
"Yesss!" Izzy cheers.
"I'm so happy for you Elle, it looks like you might actually live your freshman year dream of getting with Nathan." Lucy says.
"Yeah." I say. I mean, yes a part of me is a little excited but I don't know. I really like Matthew and I don't want to screw that up but at the same time we haven't put a label on anything.
"Wait since when are you talking to Zach again? I thought you guys got in a fight at that party." Francis says, confused.
"People fight. People make up. We've made up." Lucy replies.
"So just to clarify, we like him again?" Sofia asks.
"Yes." Lucy responds.
"Guys guess who I say crying in the bathroom today." Lucy suddenly announces.
"Who?" We all ask curiously.
"Valeria. I heard Matthew officially ended things with her. She's a wreck now." Wow I didn't know word spread that quickly.
"That means there's actually a chance for the girls at our school now that Valeria is out of his life. I'm sure there's already a girl he's talking to now.." Izzy sighs.
"Wouldn't be surprised." Lucy responds. Francis looks over at me and wiggles her eyebrows.
"Guys we all look so hot." Sofia says in a hyped up tone.
"We honestly do." Lucy responds while checking out her hair in the mirror. My hair was curled and I was wearing a grayish skirt with a white top. I honestly love the outfit that I was able to put together out of Francis' closet.
The outfit:
"Francis your closet is literally the best. I can't believe we were all able to find an outfit." Izzy says, looking down at her outfit. She was wearing a cute pink dress.
"I know." Francis replies.
"Okay let's go ladies. Cab driver is here." Sofia decided to order a cab driver for us all because she wanted to actually drink tonight and not have to worry about driving us all home.
Once we began walking up the front steps of the house that the party's at, the music became increasingly loud. There it is again, the nervous feeling I get in my stomach every time we enter a party. I swallow hard in hopes that I swallow the nerves down.
As we enter the house, some people turn to stare at us.
"I wonder where Zach is." Lucy says.
"Let's go get drinks." Francis says and we all walk through the crowded hallway of people dancing, to get a drink.
