Background Information: Ventus Starlight is the only son of Emperor Cepheus and Empress Azizi and the crown prince of the Laizuno Empire, located on planet Miranong 195. He is known as a kind-hearted and snarky alien, who loves to explore the many unique things on Earth.

One day, M.O.M. and two of her fellow agents arrived on Miranong 195 to discuss peace negotiations with it's rulers. After a few days of meeting with each other, Cepheus and Azizi agreed to help supply Earth with some of their technology and wisdom in exchange for their son, Ventus to go to Earth and join the Center as an agent.

M.O.M. soon accepted and took Ventus to Earth where he could attend Torrington Academy as a exchange student. Ventus has a huge crush on Mariana Mystery, but gets annoyed when her overprotective brother, Martin gets in the way.
