I have no idea how to properly write an training arc forgive me if it's not that accurate or that good

"This is it! Sugiyama's dojo, today's Saturday so meaning you'll train with Yashiro-san" Haru knocks on the door "Yashiro-san!" Before Haru could knock once more the door opens 

"Oh? You must be Takemichi and Haru yes?" The both of them nodded "aren't there supposed to be one more? According to my brother there was supposed to be three of you so where's the other one?" 

"Izana-kun said he's gonna pick someone up" Takemichi answered "I see very well, please come inside"

Takemichi and Haru took off their shoes and placed it on the side they got inside the house closing the door behind them "sorry for intruding" both Haru and Takemichi said 

Yashiro showed them around the house, where the training area is, the kitchen, and their own bedroom 

'shame....I wanted to share rooms with Izana-kun.....WAIT WHAT AM I THINKING....calm down thoughts, calm down....." Takemichi shook his head trying to change his thoughts, he breaths in, holds it for a few seconds and breaths out 'I shouldn't get to attached.....' 

"TAKEMICHI! HURRY UP! YOU WANT TO TRAIN RIGHT?" Yashiro yelled. Takemichi changed his clothes and goes back down and went to their training area Yashiro was sitting on the floor eyes closed he sat down in front of Yashiro 

"Takemichi-kun have you ever try to just calm your mind? Think of absolutely nothing?" 

"I don't think so.....I'm always worrying about my friends I didn't have much to think for myself" Takemichi looks down 

"I see well then today we're just gonna relax, think of nothing" 

"Why? I thought we were going to train?" Takemichi tilts his head in confusion Yashiro chucked walking up to the candles on the room lighting it up "if your mind is filled with thoughts, worries you would hesitate on your attacks, thinking which way your opponent would strike. But if your mind is clear and focus on your opponent's actions then it would their attacks would be easier to read don't you think?" 

"I never thought about that before....alright I'll try to relax" 

"That's the spirit!"
