On their way to the play Hollie strikes a conversation to break the silent air. "So, what play are they showing tonight Aunt Elizabeth? I had forgotten to ask before." She smiles and answers in a soft tone, "The showing tonight is of Othello by Shakespeare himself. A beautiful piece, I'm sure you'll enjoy it." Alucard perks up a bit and smiles softly, "Ah, Othello, a wonderful work indeed. Thank you Mother for inviting us all tonight." She nods in agreement. When they reach the theatre Hollie's eyes glimmer in awe at the beautiful building, large with beautiful red and gold everywhere and elegant red curtains beautifully placed around with gold trimmings. Velvet red covered seats spread through the large room and polished cherry wood floors. We take our seats in a balcony viewing as the rest of the audience pours into the room, their shoes clicking on the wood. Hollie gazes out over the balcony at the huge red drapes covering the front of the stage like a shield before sitting. "Woah, this place is absolutely gorgeous!" Elizabeth smiles, watching her excitement, Simon also enjoying the sight more so than the surroundings. Alucard waves his hand, "The best part has yet to begin Hollie, calm yourself." She glances at him, "Alucard do you get excited over anything? You're such a stick in the mud." He narrows his eyes for a moment before relaxing his face and sighs softly, "I am excited, apologies for my recent behavior. Enjoy the play, we shall speak later." His eyes go back towards the stage and Hollie is left a little taken back and confused. She whispers to Simon, "D..did Alucard just apologise??" Simon can't help but chuckle and whispers back, "It seems so, you'll have to tell me how that chat goes." She nods and before she can say anything the lights dim to almost nothing and a huge spotlight shines on the stage as the drapes go to the sides. She glows with excitement watching intentively. The play starts and goes on for a couple hours and before she knew it, it was over. The actors all take a bow and the curtains drop infront of them and the lights fade back on. They all applaud and gather themselves to leave. Alucard pulls Hollie aside and holds one finger up to Elizabeth and Simon, ushering them to give them a minute. Hollie's eyes widen a bit and she waits for him to speak. "Hollie, I just want to briefly explain to you.." he sighs, "my recent actions were not intended for malice. I still see you as a child and it's strange to me, the thought of you 'growing up' didn't cross my mine and it cought me off guard which turned into a gross response. I am happy for you both." She smiles happily and giggles hugging him, he hesitates and hugs her back for a moment and she pulls back, "Alucard, I never thought I'd see the day that you apologised. It is nice to know you aren't completely annoyed with me." She giggles again and walks back to Simon, accepting his apology. Elizabeth smiles at Alucard before they leave and Alucard puts a finger over his lips shushing her. When they get back to the castle and all say their goodnights Alucard retires to his room and as does Elizabeth. Simon and Hollie go back to her room and crash together, it being far to late for Simon to build stamina to walk home. The next morning Hollie is woken up by the smell of fresh breakfast and her stomach rumbles. She opens her eyes and glances up at Simon who is still asleep and she takes that moment to watch him and rub his chest gently. He stirs a little and wraps an arm around her, slowly opening his eyes. "Well good morning my Dear, a wonderful way to wake up." He smiles, sleepy eyed and her stomach growls again. He laughs lowly, "Sounds like you could use some food?" She blushes and his stomach growls back, "Sound like I'm not the only one either hehe." They get up and go down for breakfast and find Alucard sitting at the table alone. Hollie looks around a moment and takes a seat, "Good morning, where's Elizabeth?" Alucard looks up, sleepy eyed and sips his tea, "She decided to tend to the gardens this morning. Mother was tired of being in the castle so much and I do not blame her, it has gotten quite boring." Hollie smiles and looks at him excited, "Well, if it's so boring then maybe we should go out. Maybe to a tavern or something?" Alucard raises a brow intrigued at the offer, "Hmm, a tavern this early? Alright, if we go this early Trevor might be there. He's always been a day drinker." Simon laughs, "Maybe you will meet a lady instead and join the club. Trevor has been home with his wife, although I admit I haven't heard from him lately. Maybe after the tavern we should go stop by for a visit." Alucard nods and let's out a soft sigh, "Then it's settled, after breakfast we shall head out." They nod and eat slightly faster than normal. After breakfast they get ready and head for the nearest tavern. Alucard glances at Simon, "Do try not to get into any fights while we are here." Simon smirks and playfully narrows his eyes, "I make no promises friend. The drunk do enjoy getting me worked up." When they get to the tavern and sit at the bar the bar tender smiles and laughs, "Alucard and Simon Belmont! It's been a while, where's your buddies??" Simon chuckles, "Trevor is with his wife, and I actually haven't heard from Eric or Grant in a couple weeks." The gruffy bar tender narrows his eyebrows, "Ohh ok, try not to wreck the place this time. And that's to the both of ya!" He glances over and smiles, "Ahhh, who is this lovely young lady with ya?" Simon wraps an arm around Hollie's waist protectively, "This is Hollie, my girlfriend and Alucard's cousin." The bar tender nods in a motion of good job, "She's a pretty one aye! How'd ya do that Belmont?" Alucard rubs his brow and raises a hand, "Please, if you don't want any bar fights then I request you not to hit on my cousin, it is not a wise decision and I don't mean because of just Simon." The bar tender's smile fades and he goes and gets their wooden mugs and puts them in front of them with force, "Alright then, whatchya want?" They order their drinks and after one, two, maybe three drinks they start feeling pretty good. It don't last as like as they like though. Once the bar fills with more drunks, a big burley man with a medium gut and black hair comes up and pulls Hollie back by her hair and tries to pick her up over his shoulder. Simon yanks her back down into his arms and before he can do anything Alucard's swift vampire speed is to quick. Alucard knocks him to the ground and raises a hand tensed showing his sharp nails with gritted teeth, "What do you think you're doing scum!" The guy babbles in drunk language as another guy comes up and tries to punch Alucard off. Alucard swings his arm back and smashes him in the gut sending him flying, "Anyone else want to challenge me!?" The room goes silent for a moment and the bar tender pulls out his shot gun and points it at Alucard, "Aye, ya gonna have to leave a now. I said no fighten in me bar." Alucard slowly rises to his feet and grips the burley man's shirt, hoisting him up and throwing him clear across the room and he lands on a round wooden table, breaking it with his body. Alucard ushers us to follow and starts for the door, Simon follows with Hollie shaken in his arms with a little sniffle here and there. Once outside Simon looks down at her and moves the hair out of her face, "Are you alright my Dear?" She just nods and coils up to him. Alucard, still angry, speaks in a low tone. "Hollie.., tomorrow we are starting your vampire training at once. It's time you learn that power and protect yourself in moments like this. Think about what could have happened if we weren't here." Her eyes widen and in a shaken soft voice, "O....ok. Th...thank you Alucard."
