CHAPTER 17

YONGSUN POV

When we reached the venue I saw a familiar face far from us. I just walk nearly to everyone and Byul's side. I was scared he's here.

When we stepped into the venue I saw Byul searching every side of the venue when they're searching for our table. I know she knows Erick is here but she didn't want to be obvious to everyone so we can't be panic and not enjoy the event.

Later on, We didn't mind everyone here. We just enjoy the event. When Byul excuse herself to go out and have some fresh air outside.

"Let me excuse myself." Byul said then I was looking at her until she has gone.

"Erick is here." I whispered to Jisoo and they were shocked. They move to my side. Everyone is observing the whole event.

It's been 20 minutes since Byul excused herself. I told everyone that I will follow Byul outside and they nodded in agreement.

I saw Byul standing outside while sipping her wine.

"Byul" As I said, then she turned herself at me and smiled.

"What are you doing here?" She said and walks to the chair and offered me a seat beside her.

"I can't be here?" I replied and chuckled.

"No?"

"I was kidding tho."

"Why are you here?" Byul asked me again, I looked at her she looked at me too.

"It's boring inside." As I said then shrugged my shoulders.

"Huh? It's a party. How can it be boring?" She asked while giggling.

"I don't like the atmosphere." I replied.

"And Why are you taking so long here? Are you okay?" I added and worrying about her.

"I want to take some air and I'm Okay." Byul said and smile at me then I nodded slowly.

We talked a lot it's been an hour since we're here outside. Even she invite to have some walk at the beach.

When Byul said. "They must be looking for us. Let's go inside." And stood up but I hold her hand.

"Wait. I have something to tell you." I said and I stood up too.

"What is it? Is there something bothering you?" Byul said with her worried face.

"Did you see Eric?" I asked her and she frowned.

"N-no" she stuttered. But she nodded slowly.

"I see. You saw him too."

"Where did you see him?"

"Inside and far from us earlier."

"He will be caught off guard."

"What?"

"Nothing... Don't mind him. Everything will be okay. Trust me. He can't touch you here."

"I hope so."

"Just enjoy the party, okay?" As Byul said, then we went inside and walks to our table.

"Everything is Okay?" Irene asked.

"Yes" I said and they nod.

"Let's party!" Rosé said and they pulled me to the dance floor, I looked to Byul that smiling at me and mouthed "Go, Enjoy!" Then, I smiled back.

I just enjoy the event like what Byul said.

MOONBYUL POV

"Are you sure about that, unnie?" Seulgi said while sipping her wine then looked at the girls are dancing and enjoying the party.
