The party reaches the bottom of the mountain road after a long walk down. Misty opens a Portal into the courtyard at the academy and everyone steps through. The academy has all ,but been repaired from the battle against Jasmine's army with a few scars left on some of the buildings and a new statue to honor the fallen.
Emily looks at all the buildings in amazement "wow I have never been in a city before this is amazing ".
Misty looks at Emily, tim ,Rebecca and Ashley "ok I am going to look around where me and Jasmine fought for any clues that could lead us into the right direction, Rebecca come with me I am going to need your help, tim, Ashley, Emily go and find Evergreen and see if he has seen anything weird lately " .
Tim, Ashley and Emily start heading towards the main building Emily and Ashley each grabbing Tim's arms as they walk.
Misty and Rebecca walk towards the spot where Misty and Jasmine fought. Misty looks around using her magic now knowing what to look for. She starts chanting and sees the portal that Jasmine got pulled through "ok Rebecca lets go" they both jump through and enter a old abandoned room covered with dust and cobwebs.
"Where are we" Rebecca asks opening up a window to see they are in some kind of watch tower that is looking over the the academy and the previous battle.
"So that is where he was watching the battle " misty looks down at the city "this bastard all he sees the world is some game".
"If this is where he was at during the battle then what happened to Jasmine " Rebecca asks?
Misty pounds her staff and the walls have white splatter all over them "does that answer your question, this is a demon lord they can completely destroy a soul" she catches something laying in the corner of the room that doesn't look like it's been here very long. She walks over and picks it up "a bottle of wine" she looks at the label on the bottle and sniffs the bottle "red wine aged in a barrel of coral wood only found on a island in the murk sea called Alabersta ,mm a very wealthy nation with a very large navy and influence in many nations, oh no that must be his next target " misty opens a Portal back to the academy.
Tim ,Ashley and Emily are in Evergreen's office as they are talking to him about what has transpired. "Wow what a hell of a story and a dilemma if such a creature is on the lose I will do what I can to stop it , it caused this terrible battle and now who knows what's it doing and you are traveling with thee lamia of the labyrinth".
Misty and Rebecca appear into the room "I think I found where the demon lord is at its a long shot ,but I found a rare bottle of wine that was put there sometime during the battle, I think he might of made his home in Alabersta".
The group then heads to the accommodations on the academy grounds for time to rest.
On the island of Alabersta the demon lord watches his latest new lab rats that have drank his potion as they turned into hideous monsters and are rampaging through the port city "Oh hoo hoo this new batch is much better than before " he watches from on top of the lord of the city's castle as the monsters kill everyone in their path inside the city ,even the city guard are no match for the mutated people "Oh I can't wait to really get things going ,it's going be a laugh".
