Powers: enhanced strength(can lift large boulders the size of trains in her smallest form with ease, launch 30ft tall trees, punch trough solid titanium, lifted a large cargo vessel), speed(Mach 3 in in her small form), agility(has dodged bullets and lightning), size manipulation(can manipulate the size of her body in any way she wants), durability (can survive anything from bullets to nuclear explosives), atomic breath(both a spam-able short version that can stun enemies and a longer, charge up version than can slice a building in half), flight(ejects plasma beams from her feet to fly at speeds reaching Mach 3), water breathing, excellent swimming(can at about Mach 2 under water), can channel the atomic energy into her body to her hands to enhance her punches(and yes, she can fire hadoukens and kamehamehas), can fry technology with her plasma fist.
Notable feat: she had an extremely high intelligence even before her quirk boosted her intelligence to an absurd degree
Personality: over-protective of her brother and daughter, kind and gentle to those she cares for, has difficulty socializing(more specifically with boys), not super trusting of hero's after her encounter with All-Might.
