I got pulled out of class on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Two of my friends, Danai and Ariana got pulled too. Danai was at the nurse because her neck was cramped up or whatever. Our ELAR teacher Mrs.Brown told us to meet our counselor Mrs.Sanchez. Me and Ariana walked down stressing out. Ariana said, "Oh crap. What did we do? Are we in trouble?"
At that time we didn't know that we were auditioning. It was like... We went up and met a girl named Cristyan. Our counselor and principals told us we were auditioning and asked if there were any volunteers. No one volunteered. Mrs.Sanchez "volentold" Cristyan to go first. Cristyan went and Ariana got Danai. I was trembling like an earthquake. While we were waiting we decided the order we would go in. The order was Ariana, Danai, then me. Suddenly the time flew by right into my face and it was my turn.
Mrs.Sanchez said," It's your turn Elli." (I'm Elli). I went and did it. I was shaking a little, but I think I pulled it off. I was relieved when I was done. Danai said, "Friday is when the results come out and if we all make it....It'll be the best birthday present!!"
"It would be a dream come true for Ariana, you, and I." I said with a little jump.
