(CHapter 6.)

The air was thick, my lungs hurt and ached. My face was wet from my sweat. Just running on repeat in an endless maze. Didn't help many my arms are aching with so much pain from carrying a 12-year-old kid who probably weighs 200 pounds!! But if he doesn't seek help faster he's going to weigh nothing in a few minutes.

The human body can't survive any longer than five minutes from a major wound in the gut- mainly from blood loss.

"Y/N! Let me help!" A gruff, male voice yelled.

I turned and saw Monty who was waving at me with worry, and I shook my head to him.

"We can't waste any minute now! Just call the others! Quickly!" I command, jumping downstairs and going to the shortcut for staff.

I don't know if Monty heard me, but I'm praying that he did. I didn't stop, even if my body was yelling at me. I wanted to cry, but I couldn't. It's like all water of my body transported to my sweat- giving up on my puffy eyes. I didn't blame it.

If anything I need a break from crying. But this kid, oh this kid. Breaking through a door, I saw Freddy waiting outside with a medic, who ran to me and quickly took the kid. It was so sudden, it scared me making me jump. I held onto Gregory before realizing who the person was and let go, letting him do his job.

Mr boss man came running to me as Monty came up behind him.

"Y/N! What happened!? Is everything okay?! Is the kid okay? What's happened-" Slowly, his words started to fade out.

My chest heaved, my vision was turning black. I was frantic, looking around. Where was she- WHERE WAS SHE?! Freddy came over and placed a hand on my shoulder, pushing me down to sit, which I did.

Freddy was saying something, but I couldn't hear him. A loud, shocking ring rang in my ears. I squeezed my eyes shut, covering my ears. Taking slow deep breaths- well trying to anyway. But it was hard, why was it hard- why is it always hard?

Opening my eyes up finally, it's like all came loose. Everything came gushing outpouring out my eyes as I started to cry. I bet I looked like a kid with my ears being covered, and my eyes being squeezed shut. It's like I didn't want to see anything, and I didn't either.

A warmth came over my body, arms wrapped around my back as a fuzzy hand grabbed my hands away from my ears. I can't keep doing this, I have to find her. I have to find her.

"Where is Vanessa!?" I screamed out, slamming my head into the chest of the person that was holding me.

Everything went black.

^Going back to a couple of hours^

I followed the blood trail slowly and carefully, reaching my hand down to my waist to find my bat only to remember- they took my items. With a sigh, I turned to Monty and motioned my hands for him to follow me. He understood and came along. I guess his claws will have to do for now.

Gregory couldn't have made it far with his bleeding, he couldn't have anyways. Especially for a kid. It's just impossible. But then again, in this place, nothing is ever impossible. I took a deep breath, holding it in as I turned a corner in the Montys golf course.
