Acknoledgments:

Of course, I have to give a huge thanks to my sister. Sadie has always been my support animal, the person I go to when I need to vent. This story would never have been created without her.

Next, I have to thank my parents, Kirsten and Greg. With their continued support and advice, I've developed into the writer I am today, and the writer I will become someday.

I also need to give a huge thanks to all my other family, Jessica Sellers, Shirley Kelford and Terrilee Kelford in particular. Jessica for talking to me about writing stories, about the struggles and accomplishments, for being able to understand me. For my grandmother, for reading all my stories and telling me that I was the best author she'd ever seen. For Terrilee Kelford, for also reading my stories, and withstanding all my extremely long explanation of book characters, whether they be my own, or other people's property. And that's where I get into the authors I have to thank.

J.K. Rowling wrote the first series I ever loved. Harry Potter was an amazing series that I will never forget and will always love. Her plot lines inspired me to write my own, and I look up to her with every word I write into a story.

Next I have Suzanne Collins. Her series was the first series I was ever obsessed with. Hunger Games—I can't even begin to explain how obsessed with it I was. Anything anyone said, I'd always make a Hunger Games reference. Randomly, I'd start ranting about the relationships and how I disliked many of them. I will never, ever, forget how much of an impact her stories and ideas made on my life.

Christopher Paolini is one of my newest favorite authors. I am currently reading the first book in the Inheritance Cycle, Eragon. I finished writing my own book just as I was starting his book, and I never realised how much I could have used his story writing details before I wrote this. His series being based around dragons would have helped me describe them, develop them more, and get deeper into the details. I will think of his books on a regular basis, and remember how his story was a fast favorite.

As well as those authors, I thank Veronica Roth and Stuart Gibbs for writing series that broadened my writing skills and reading experience. I can't even begin to explain how much I loved both the series, how much I cried reading Divergent and how obsessed I was with the characters in Spy School.

Finally, I thank Sarah J. Mass with all my heart. Her series will forever be my absolute favorite, no matter what series I read. The eight books left such a hole in my heart that I doubt I will ever be able to fill it. The intense plot line, the developed characters, the land and genre—I loved it to an unbelievable amount. Her writing style is what inspired me to write the way I do. She was the person who got me onto my love of Fantasy and Romance. Throne of Glass is a series that will forever leave me hung in mid-air, a place that will never be filled by anything else. Thank you Sarah J. Mass.

I have an autobiography, but I am definetly not putting it here, for many reasons.

Thanks for reading Roxane, I really hope you enjoyed, and another book will be coming in a few months!!
