A Journey into Motherhood [REWRITE]

² A Long Overdue Visit

Itachi P.O.V
Having left, I headed for the gym to meet up with my group of friends. Seeing as I, along with the rest of my group were done with classes for the day considering that we're in our third year, we stayed in the gym.

Working up a good sweat, Yahiko, Nagato, Konan, Obito, Hidan, Kazuku, Deidara, Sasori, Kisame and I played basketball until we couldn't physically move anymore.

My team which consisted of Yahiko, Nagato, Obito, Kisame and I, won against Kazuku's team which consisted of Konan, Hidan, Deidara, Sasori and Kazuku. It was 100-80, with my team scoring 100 points and Kazuku's scoring 80 points.

Leaving the gym, we all headed towards the locker rooms to freshen up and change. The nine of us headed for the male locker rooms while Konan headed for the female locker rooms.

At least she was, until Yahiko pulled her arm making her bump into his chest. Yahiko taking that moment, leaned down and kissed Konan on the lips before releasing her and letting her go into the female locker rooms.

Konan rolled her eyes, but kissed back and once she was released, went inside.

Not bothering to stay longer than necessary, especially in sweat drenched clothes, I made my way inside and headed for my locker. Opening it, I pulled out a towel, some soap and walked in the direction of the showers.

Stripping myself, I closed the curtain and turned the water on, letting it hit my overheated body. The cool water from the shower cooled me down and I felt rejuvenated.

Washing myself, I rinsed the lather off, before washing my hair. Rinsing my hair off, I closed the tap and wrapped the towel around my waist. Opening the curtain, I once again walked in the direction of my locker and grabbed another towel using it to dry my head.

I pulled out my clothes and pulled on a pair of thigh length black boxers, after which I slipped on a pair of black joggers which hung loosely on my hips and showed my v-line. Going back to my locker, I grabbed my deodorant and rubbed some on my armpits, capping it and putting it back once I was done using it. Walking back to the bench, I pulled on a sky blue v-neck t-shirt.

'The color of this shirt reminds me of her sky blue eyes. Although her eyes are prettier and shine more— wait, why am I even thinking about her or more specifically her eyes?' I think, before lightly shaking my head and getting rid of those thoughts.

Focusing back on getting dressed, I pull on a pair of ankle high sky blue socks and before my brain can even begin to form random thoughts, I quickly slip on my pair of black timberlands.

To complete everything, I take out a small bottle of cologne or musk and spray both my shirt and joggers with 3 spritz after which, I put the bottle back and close my locker, however before that I grab my brush and hair tie. I brush my hair and tied it into my favorite low ponytail. Opening my locker once more, I put the brush inside and close it, locking it and making sure that it was properly locked. Grabbing one of my bags, I pick up my clothes and place them inside. Then grabbing my second bag, I place the towels inside and leave the locker room, after which, I exit the school building and head for my car.

Narumi P.O.V
I was heading for my car, when I saw Itachi, Sasuke's older brother who seemed to be in his own little world. Not wanting to intrude on whatever was going through his mind, I looked away from him and looked down to my keys, unlocking my car's front door and getting in.

Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, depending on how you see it, Itachi came to my car, when I had just buckled up and inserted the key to start the engine to be on my way.

After walking out of the building, I headed for my car. Unlocking the front door, I got in and shut it. Putting the key in the ignition and turning it, the engine didn't start like how it was supposed to. It only ticked, before becoming silent. I tried it 3 times, but unfortunately or maybe fortunately depending on how you see it, my car wouldn't start.
