Deep down

Down here is a city. Where me and my family lives.

My dad is king, yes king of the ocean! My mother is Queen and I'm their little prince. Well, some may say that we're beautiful creatures with a stunning tail.

I mean I guess we are, bu-"WOOYOUNG CMON TRAINING ISNT OVER." "okay I'm coming!" Wooyoung said closing his diary.

"Wooyoung ever since your grammy got you that book you've been detached with the ocean. What wave hit you?"

That's my sister a mermaid of course! Her name is Aquata. She has long flowy black hair while her tail is sparkly and also blue. Her skin is as clear as the ocean and she has soft hands.

Wooyoung smacked his teeth as he started to pay attention to their trainer. "So we need to swim fast. Going up to the surface is very dangerous but we need our slaves." The trainer said.

"Why cant we do these things ourselves?" Wooyoung interrupted. "Because stupid thats not our tradition." His sister replied hitting him in the back of head slightly.

Here where I live we are known as beautiful creatures. Well some, my sister on the other hand is...well you get the point! Anyways, we are to not ever go to the surface till we are above the age of 17.

Well why you ask? It's because we are monsters. When we see the wooden thingies that float above us. At night. We are to go out into the above and well what we do is...umm a little violent.

Let's just say humans are a meal!

Yeosang pov:

"MOVE, IF I DONT WIN IM GOING TO KILL YOU!" "CALM DOWN ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS"

A mess right? I don't care what you think I need to win this game! "U-" I pushed my arm to make yunho drop all his cards. "NO UNO STUPID!" I yelled while san started to do his high pitch laugh. "BRUHHHHHH" yunho shouted and threw the cards at me.

"Yeosang that doesn't count, you literally cheated." San said. "San just say you cant beat me and move on. I'm unbeatable!" I said rubbing his hair in a Circle as if he was a puppy. He started to pout cause he knew it was true. Look, confidence is the key! We've been playing for about 2 hours and this is the first game I won.

I noticed a certain someone quiet. And soon I could see we all did. "Hongjoong, are you okay?" Yunho asked. Hongjoong flinched and muttered something under his breath. He was standing in the kitchen island just spaced out.

He does that sometimes, and everytime we ask what's wrong he starts to turn pale a little. Is that what happeneds when he lies? "I-I'm u-um fine! Y'all have your fun. My bad!" He said running over to us.

He picked up the controller hesitantly, "so, what are we playing?" Hongjoong asked with a slight smile. "Umm hongjoong...?" San said grabbing the boy's shoulder. "Hmm?" He responded

"We aren't playing a video game, we are playing uno..." hongjoong eyes widened at that sentence. He felt a little dumb so he hurried and put the controller down. "Oh yeah, I knew that! Cmon let's continue."

"Actually it's a little late, don't you think?" Yunho said looking at his friends. "Yeah I'm tired" I responded. I felt that maybe hongjoong needed some sleep too. Yet, he looked disappointed.

"Well I'm not tired I wanna play!" Hongjoong said with a slight guilty smile. "Joong let's sleep."

Later we all set up out pallets. Me and hongjoong slept on the floor while San and yunho slept on the bed. It was about 4:00 in the morning and I couldn't go to sleep, but it seemed I wasn't alone.

I heard the boys signature sniffles. "Joongie?" "Are you up?" I asked. The red haired boy jumped from getting startled by my whispering. "Go back to sleep yeosang!" Hongjoong said slightly hitting me under the covers.

Hongjoong pov:

"Ouch!" Yeosang whisper shouted. He hit me back way harder than I hit him. "YEOSANG!" I yelled at him in pain. "Shut up!" San said hitting me with a pillow. All I could hear now was yeosangs laughter. Lord have mercy on my soul.
