(I DO NOT OWN NARUTO)
We continued with our discussion, it informed me that my clan name was Junsuina, my given name being Kōkina-Kodai, 'its' name is Zakuroichi (it was male), it informed me that both our names were to long and told me to call him Kuro.
I was still the same as before, I still had the knowledge that I gained while being 'away', (I was assured) but I did not have the memories that were attached to my knowledge. I knew that going off with a stranger was unwise, but I did not know how or why I knew that.
Zakuroichi (I refused to call him Kuro) told me that because I was the last of the Junsuina line; that I was Head- that meant that he would be my shadow- my kage. He as my shadow would fight alongside me, he would educate me, and care for me. He would never be able to refuse me- he would be my servant.
"All you would need to do was accept me, as soon as you do, you would be allowing me a place in your mind, body and heart- our souls would merge: we would be invincible," it continued to rant of the money, and glory we could attain. It seemed to think that 'money and glory' would appeal to me; I imagined that to many people it would.
"-What are the side effects- would it harm me-you?" I interrupted. My voice was soft- to many people it would seem that my voice caressed every word. I assumed (correctly) that it was a trait of the clan.
"-Side effects....?" It laughed," You are indeed a Junsuina! Always making sure that something benefits you! It made being you Pure Ones's shadows bearable- "
"You did not answer my question," it was still soft but there was a slight- dangerous edge to my voice now- one he did not miss.
"So serious..." It continued to mutter, before speaking again,"Side effects vary, there is no way to accurately guess... There has been one constant though; the shadows usually gain some of their masters personality."
"....I accept you as my Shadow."
