Here I am at school wandering in the halls as I'm seeing kids being total douchebags to one another. I get picked on time to time but one guy always stood up for me.. his name is Joey Mcintyre.. he's an absolute dreamy guy.. his smile, his pearly blue eyes that makes you stop in your tracks to just look into them. Kids pick on me because I'm the typical school's nerd, I wear glasses, I'm smart so I make straight A's and never had a boyfriend like ever. I really had a crush on Joey but I know he would never go for someone like me, he's popular, he's a football player and he hangs out with complete different people but he's been the only person that's ever stood up for me ugh.. why does everything have to be based on stereotypes?..

I'm walking towards my locker opening it and then a couple of the football guys Trevor and Mark came.

Trevor- look at there, if it isn't the nerdy girl of this school

Mark- think you can do my chemistry homework, I could use an A

He asked with a smirk

Trevor- she's got the total brains but ain't got no total looks

He said snarkily at me attacking me verbally and I just looked down then I heard.

Joey- yo Trevor, Mark lay off of her would you?

Trevor- what's so special about her man she's just some geek

Joey- she has feelings you know? Look go on and pick on someone your size, both of you

He said looking at them and I looked at Joey, I couldn't help but look at his appearance and his eyes, he looks over at me showing his pearly white smile.

Joey- you okay YN?

I paused for a minute as I'm looking at him, oh my god I hope he doesn't think I'm a total weirdo and he waved his hand in front of my face smiling.

Joey- hello, earth to YN

YN- oh shoot! Yeah sorry umm..

I looked down a bit blushing embarrassed and I nodded

YN- yeah I I'm okay, thanks Joe

Joey- no problem YN, if they give you anymore trouble just let me know okay?

He said softly with a smile and I nodded looking at him as he walks away when the bell rings for first period that we both have together! Ughhh.. why does he gotta be so sweet, cute, amazing, any word that I can think of him in the dictionary. I shut my locker heading to my first period Science. I honestly liked Science, it's one of my favorites and walking in I seen Joey sitting with this girl, who is popular and she's pretty. I looked down a bit going to sit down and I just couldn't help but look at him. The way he looked at her, the way he talks to her, I wish he noticed me like that. The bell rings for class to start and the teacher comes in.
