Tap tap tap countless soft taps on the edge of your desks caused by none other than you, another boring day in a boring class. The glare from the girl beside you made you stop, and sigh in annoyance, but perhaps the girl was more annoyed than you. At least you weren't clicking your pen repeatedly, maybe you would do that next time to annoy another classmate. Sitting in the back of the classroom it was easy to slip earphones in without the teacher noticing, exactly what you did when the class got boring, and of course people watching outside the window. A seat by the window in the very back was the perfect spot to be sitting at.

Today you decided to just people watching, half listening to the teacher's lecture about some useless math equation you most likely wouldn't even use in the future. The weather surely was gloomy, the clouds were grey, with the sun completely hidden in the sky. It looked like it was going to pour soon, yet you didn't bring an umbrella. It was no problem though, you would just ask someone else for a ride home. Your eyes skimmed the class out in P.E, you envied them for having P.E last period, you never were fond of doing exercises early in the morning when you were only half awake.

Nothing interesting was happening, some boys were playing soccer, others were running around. But then you spotted someone that sparked your interest, Seo Changbin. Changbin was the type to mess around a lot at school, kind of like you in a way..rebellious ? Leather jackets, motorcycles, a large friend group, exactly Changbin. Although the only thing you two really had in common was you did anything to annoy the teachers, you had to admit Changbin was extremely attractive. Maybe that's why whenever you went people watching your eyes somehow always landed on him.

You know when people say when you're in love with someone, you can spot them anywhere in a crowd? It was like that with Changbin, but you weren't sure exactly if it was love or a little crush.

Changbin's eyes shifted to you, bingo.

He caught you in the exact moment you were looking at him, the signature smirk appeared on his lips, followed by a flirtatious wink. Your eyes averted away, somehow landing on the teacher.

"Would you like to give the answer to number four y/n?" your teacher leaned beside her desk, your classmates eyes were on you and you panicked.

"I..uh well.."

"See me after class y/n," a disappointed sigh left your teacher's lips and you cried mentally.

The talk with your teacher went..alright ? Thankfully she didn't contact your parents, your grades were not bad, but your attention span certainly did not last long, especially with math.

By the time you made it out in front of the school, it was pouring just like you expected. Whatever, I'll just call Minho to give me a ride home.

Minho picked up on the second ring, "you need something y/n?"

"Uh yeah can you give me a ride home? It's pouring right now, I don't exactly want to walk home in the rain."
"You need to get your own car or something, I'm at home right now, I actually have a fever so I dont think ill be able to help you,"

"What? No wonder I didn't see you in class, I just assumed you skipped. Nevermind it's fine, feel better I'll stop by later to give you some food," you hung up on Minho, all your other friends had already gone home and you didn't wanna bother anyone else. Truth is you really did want a car, and you were saving up money but money doesn't come easy, and nowadays cars are expensive.

The rain wasn't exactly stopping anytime soon, and you wanted to be home in your comfortable bed. The parking lot seemed to be mostly empty, after school activities were cancelled because of the rain. You were about to walk home, but a voice stopped you.

"What's my favorite person doing out here in the rain?" none other than Seo Changbin would say anything like that.

There he was dressed in dark colors as usual, a leather jacket, black turtleneck tucked in, and black pants. Some of his tattoos were visible, the doodle-like ones on his hands were your favorite. They reminded you of when you would doodle in class, his on the other hand were permanent.

"What does it look like? I'm admiring the rain," you let your hand out towards the rain, the raindrops fell perfectly on your hands.

"Come on, I overheard your phone call, I'll take you home," Changbin let out his hand towards you, you had to admit you always felt comfortable with him. Slowly you intertwined your hand with his, heading towards his car.

And then you forgot. He didn't have a car, he had a motorcycle, of course how did you forget ? motorcycles didn't exactly have a roof or a cover that would shield you from the rain, then again a ride on a motorcycle would be faster than walking home.

"Here, sorry you might get a little wet from the rain, but better than walking I'm guessing ?" Changbin tossed you a helmet, and you nodded.

Changbin put on another helmet, as you hopped on, you were a little bit shy to wrap your arms around him but Changbin glanced at you and insiited.

"If you don't hold my waist, you're going to fall off. I'm not going to go 5 miles per hour, you know that right?"

"Fine fine.." you slid your arms around his waist and you pretended not to notice the faint smile on Changbin. You quickly told him your address and he nodded.

"Hold on tight," and off you two went.

The rain poured more than ever and yet you had the most fun you had in a while, by the time changbin reached your house you were both soaked.

Getting off the motorcycle you couldn't help but let out a laugh staring at Changbin.

"Hey what are you laughing at?"

"Sorry..you just look so funny soaked in the rain with that helmet covering your head. I don't know like someone mysterious but weird at the same time," truth is it wasnt even that funny or maybe you just thought everything was funny at this point.

"Yeah okay you literally look the same," Changbin rolled his eyes but laughed as well.

"Leave your motorcycle out here, come in and dry off inside, I don't want you getting sick because of me. You can leave when the rain stops," you motioned him to follow you inside.

Your apartment was a bit small for a family of three, but you didn't mind because you liked it to be small and cozy. However you were a bit nervous about what Changbin would think because you knew he came from a wealthy family and probably lived in a mansion. Part of you also knew that Changbin wasn't the type of person to judge someone based on their social status or money.

You gave him some of your dad's old clothes to change into, and went to your room to change into different clothes, more specifically comfortable pajamas.

When you finished changing, you found Changbin comfortably laying on the small couch, without thinking you let his head lay on your lap. Neither of you moved that much, the room was still and silent.

"I'm sleepy.." Changbin stated softly through the sound of pouring rain.

"hm you can sleep then, I'll wake you up when the rain stops," you unconsciously played with his hair as he fell asleep. His hair was soft like a cat's fur. You couldn't help but stroke his head.

"You're cute y/n you know that? That's why you're my favorite person,"

You heart skipped a beat hearing that from him, you wondered if he could hear how loud your heart was right now.

"Just sleep changbin,"

"Not until you tell me I'm your favorite person too," Changbin eyes locked with yours, trailing to your lips.

"Okay okay, you're my favorite person too..happy? Now get some rest,"

"Better, next time, what about a kiss?"

"Shut up and just sleep,"

But little did he know, a smile formed on your lips at his words.
