"Nezuko, what are you talking abou- Kanao, why are you here?"
Aoi confused in the room with Nezuko. "Oh she's here helping me with my studies" Tanjiro walked in as they both nodded.
A moment of silence filled the room, then Nezuko went up to her brother and whisper something in his ear. Making his face red, Nezuko smirk and leaves with Aoi to her room.
Kanao looked at Tanjiro, "Nande?" She asked. Tanjiro shook his hands "iie iie nandemonai, e-etto how about we get back on studying I don't understand anything at math earlier.." he said.
Taking her wrist and pull her back to the modern living room.
"Basically, is quite simple try use this formula match them with the variables.."at the middle of the math lesson, Kanao's quite confused getting a quiet respond from the boy.
She faced the boy again, seeing his head is in the wonders of dreams. His eyes are close tight.
And his face to Kanao is sort of...dreamy. she shook her head and giggled, "Tanjiro fell asleep during lesson, but he's not all that bad looking.." she said to herself.
She stare at his sleeping face, after a while she found his school vest and wrapped it around him. Kanao being in her curious thoughts, she decided to check around the house.
'this might be impleasant of me, i don't know why I decided this..' she thought again, and remembered her past few years where she just do what she was ordered to do, and deciding things with a coin..
Honesly she doesn't regret anything, she was really grateful for Tanjiro changed her.
"Oh Tsuyuri-chan, fancy meeting you here.." Kanao turn her head and faced, the second oldest child of the Kamado Family.
"A-a-ah gomen, I was looking around since everything is quite interesting.." she said bowing down as an apology. Nezuko giggles, "iie daijobu, wanna go to onii-chan's bedroom?" She asked pointing to a room across from her.
Without thinking twice they went in, it wasn't all that eye appealing. Just a red-blue room, and minor furniture. "Onii-chan, isn't a fan of anything not really that interested on music either.. so there's nothing suspicious, Kanao-san, eh I can call you Kanao-san right?" Nezuko asked.
Kanao nodded, "Kanao-chan it's alright.." she suggested because she was used to Nezuko calling her that. "Ok...Onii-chan's never been always like this, you know cold stiff...if you see right through him, he's probably the nicest person you'll ever met.."
Nezuko said looking down, Kanao becane interested in the story. "3 years ago, Otou-san had a business trip to Defrost Island..I don't know what exactly happen, but he and his crewmates have been stuck there like been forever, he managed to communicate with us while he can saying he'll be back soon...we all are hoping on it, since my younger siblings are still so young they always have high hopes he'll return...while Onii-chan, he doubted it...
he bagan to be less social active and pretty rude to others.."
Kanao was surprised lightly hearing the story, "even if he's rude like that, he still has that oldest son soft side..he's a lot protective of his family than he used to after dad leave..he always felt like us is his responsibility now.." Nezuko said continuing.
Kanao stood there then smiled,
"Iiyo iiyo daijobu, you are lucky to have a big brother who looks after you..he might be on the state of forgiving himself by protecting all of you..so i suggest to just support him along the way" Kanao said wiping away her tears.
Nezuko looked at her in awe, and smiled nodding. Kanao smiled seeing her happy again, "eh??!!? Nezuko why is Kanao in my room?!" Tanjiro's screamed made both girls startled.
Nezuko smirked, "Nii-chan don't be so dense, I was just cleaning your room and Kanao walked in literally just a few seconds after you wake up!" Said Nezuko of course lying.
Tanjiro glance at Kanao who just smiled, "nee Kanao-san would you like to have dinner with us?" Asked Kie who just walked in to the room. "Okaa-san!" Said Tanjiro nervously.
"Thank you for the offer, Ms. Kamado demo I don't wanna be a burden to you here.." Kanao said politely. "Nonsense, you were never a burden plus you helped Tanjiro with his studies this is the least I can give.." said Tanjiro's mother. Kanao hesitated for a bit but accept the offer at the end.
MEANWHILE...
The butt-headed demon slayer, stre into the starry night, three days and two nights he hasn't return. And still no clue for the former tsuguko, suddenly he fell asleep due to exhaustion.
"Moshi mosh, Daijobu desuka?" A voice Tanjiro heard made his eyes open slightly. His vision was still blurry, but he knows infront of him was a women looking at him..upside down.
"Shino-ugh!" Tanjiro said but was cut off by his lack of coughing. "Stop talking please, if you keep talking your throat will get sore.." she said, she took a medicine from her pocket and pour it to a small bowl.
"Haik drink this.." she said, Tanjiro hesitated glancing at the woman. "Stop looking, believe me and drink this!" Said the girl again, Tanjiro was surprised and obligated her order.
Tanjiro drink from the bowl while giving a full look, 'she reminds me of Shinobu-san..' he thought. Her black hair tied up in a ponytail with a blue-white butterfly hairclip, she wears a butterfly haori same like Shinobu-san's.
But her design is far different the former insect hashira, hers were more colorful.
Underneath the woman wears a black one shouldered dress with pink sequins tied up with a black belt says "TimeWatcher" and white shoes. She wears a pink bracelet with a hanafuda keychain same like his hanafuda earrings, and last she wears a purple-blue mask accessorizing her green eyes.
She also safe a nichirin blade with a butterfly hilt. "You have lots of question huh?" The woman asked looking at Tanjiro smilimg sweetly. 'she really does looks like Shinobu-san despite her green eyes..' Tanjiro thought.
"Greetings would be good to start off, my name is Sakura Botchi.. yoroshikeun Kamado-kun.." the woman said bowing slightly to him.
"H-how did you know my name?" Tanjiro asked slightly freaked, Sakura smirk slightly at his behaviour.

Nande: what's the matter
Iie iie nandemonai: nothing's wrong
