Can you hear me?
When every night a broken echo of your name is called out..

Can you feel it?
When a stray tear slips out as pain engulfs an
already shattered heart?..

If only you could see..
That even after trying I couldn't take you off my mind..
While you without any remorse make merry and dine..

If only you could see..
The gasping after every nightmare for 9 months straight...
Burdened with a heavy feeling in the heart and trembling fingers to hate..

If only you could see..
The pain I have to go through everyday..
Something I never asked for but got it even for no fault in any way..

If only you could see..
The unrest within which still burns till date..
While a fight with a yearning for life's most precious longing awaits..
