Our story starts off with the main heroine of the story, Dan, arriving at her step-mother's house after her father Kei passed away. He was a very ill man who tragically died of POGITIS only a few days ago, now Dan has to go live with his step-mother who let's just say was a bit of a Bussy-Saka. "Ding-Dong" goes the doorbell as Dan patiently waits for her step-mother to open the door, after a few more minutes the door is opened and lo and behold, the one-and-only Bussy-Saka step-mother, Jonigiri opens the door. Jonigiri was a strange one, she had always claimed to be seiso, but everyone knew otherwise. Jonigiri had a weird smile on her face as she said, "Welcome Dan please come inside" Dan replies with a quick "Thank you" before entering the house little did he know that soon his life shall become a living hell full of strange SUS moments and very strange encounters.
Hopefully our heroine can make it through it all and find her Hope in the dark.
