Yesterday evening wasn't bad as I had imagined, I actually enjoyed staying there for a bit. They had a very welcoming aura hanging around their home. Draco wasn't rude like always, such as when he made me trip in front of seventh-year students when I was walking to my class. I woke up when it was the day to return to Hogwarts, I was excited to see my friends again. When I step out of bed and head to my closet, my sister Krislyn storms in.
"Ah, I'm so excited to go back to Hogwarts!"
"Yeah, I can see that." I said as I laughed a little.
"Why aren't you dressed yet?"
"I was about to when you stepped foot in my room."
"I'm sorry, I was just excited to finally go back! Hurry up, we're leaving in 30 minutes." she nervously giggles.
"Alright, I'll be down in a bit."
Krislyn walks out of my room and heads downstairs. I quickly put on my clothes and did my makeup and headed downstairs. My mother made us pancakes with some eggs, it looked delicious!
"It looks delicious Mother, but I'm still full from all the food I ate yesterday!"
"Rose, you must eat in the morning."
"I'll just save it for lunch mom."
"Okay! Hurry, your father and I are bringing you and Kris to King Cross Station."
"I'll hurry." I said while quickly packing all my stuff.

I had just waved goodbye to my parents when the train started to move. I was finding my compartment as Krislyn has left to go sit with her friends from the second year. I saw Pansy and Draco sitting next to each other. Of course, they sit together, it's almost as if these two have merged into one person.
"Hey, guys.."
"Hello Rose, how has your Christmas break been?" Blaise said happily.
"Oh well, just the usuals.. not much has changed or happened."
I see that Draco had finally taken his eyes off pansy as he noticed I had entered the same compartment.
"Aphelion, what a surprise seeing you here. Shouldn't you be sitting with your sister." he said sarcastically and started laughing, Pansy started laughing with him. I rolled my eyes as he turned back into the most annoying brat ever.
"It's not like any of us want u here." Malfoy sneered.
"Too bad, I've already sat down."
Seems like he hasn't changed at all. I thought maybe he would be a bit nicer, I guess I thought wrong.
"Can't you just leave then?"
"Shut up Draco." Blaise said abruptly.
I stared at Blaise as he has stood up for me instead of just ignoring our fights. Meanwhile, I was zoning out and thinking about it, Malfoy had started a fight with Blaise for telling him to shut up.
"I'll just leave.." I said disappointed, while Draco started grinning. I stood up and left to go search for my sister, but I bumped into a blonde-haired girl instead.
"I'm really sorry! I didn't see you there."
"It's nothing, don't worry."
"I'm Hermione Granger." she said while reaching out her hand.
"Oh, I'm Roselinda, you can call me Rose."
"Come sit with us, only if you want to of course!"
I followed her to the compartment where she was sitting with two guys, both in Gryffindor.
"Guys, this is Roselinda. I met her while getting changed into my robe."
The guys stared at me as I entered and sat down. Apparently, the black-haired boy that was sitting across from me was Harry Potter, the chosen one. Next to him sat a ginger-haired boy named Ronald Weasley, he was stuffing his mouth full with sweets and chocolate from the Trolley. I continued talking to them during the whole ride, I'm glad I met them, otherwise, I would have to sit in a random compartment with people I didn't know.
