"Lucas!" Already tipsy, Coleen and others laughed at Valentine who's walking in daze.

Tumatawang naglakad si Lucas palapit sa kanya. He's alert enough, his long arm effortlessly scooped her to his side para hindi ito matumba.

"Sup babe?" He asked na nagpairap kay Valentine. "I told you to stop with the pet names." Reklamo niya ng may nakasimangot na mukha.

Lucas nodded in defeat.

Gaya ng lagi niyang ginagawa, he began rubbing the tip of his nose. Kahit kailan talaga hindi niya mauto si Val.

"Damn...ayaw talaga." He whispered that she happened to clearly hear. "Duh? You know how much I hate endearments." She answered and slightly pulled away.

Accepting the rejection for the nth time, wala siyang ibang nagawa kundi ngumiti nalang at tignan ito pababa. "Bukod sakin ano na namang kailangan mo?" Lucas asked humorously while scanning the undeniable celestial beauty on her face.

"Umuwi na. It's enough for tonight may klase pako bukas." Her answered made him smile.

Ngiting malala pa nga.

"Kaya sayo ako e.." He ruffled her hair proudly. Valentine be really setting a standard. Yes, she could be dry and killjoy sometimes but it still amazes Lucas how she can balance her studies and pretty crazy night life.

Lucas usually skips his classes kapag may hangover or wasted after party but Valentine is on a different level.

Gaya nga ng sinasabi niya sa kanila, she's a beech with responsibilities.

Now that's the realy, sexy. Isn't it?

She clutched on his clothes. "Baka pwedeng magpahatid? Mamaya padaw uuwi sila Coleen." Paliwanag nito.

Just as that, sabay silang napalingon sa tropa. Doyoung and Mark are still drinking. They're so loud arguing over matters that shouldn't be argued.

"Mark is being sentimental again." She commented and later looked at Doyoung who's finding flaws on every words Mark says.

And then there's Coleen. The girlfriend who's having fun recording them so they'll both flush themselves in embarrassment the next day.

"Dude I told you! The possibility of those possibilities being possible is just another possibility that can possibly happen. Right? Don't you get me?"

Napaawang ang mga labi nila at napatitig sa kanya. If it wasn't because of the music, kanina pa nag e-echo ang tawa ni Coleen sa club.

Meanwhile Doyoung is looking so done. Pagod niyang tinapunan ng tingin si Mark.

"Ginagago mo bako?"

"Ayoko din talaga kausap si Mark pag lasing." Pag amin ni Lucas habang pinapanood ang dalawa.

He puffed the smoke of his vape on the air and wrapped her arm around her shoulders. "I'll drive you home, let's go." He took her things and big their circle goodbye.

Walang babae for tonight because he's the most sane at the moment, he'll take care of her at babalikan pa niya si Doyoung.

Walking out of the club, Lucas held her securely. He's using his height to intimidate people around so they won't think of approaching her or them.

And so it continues, day turned days, week turned weeks. Valentine has already forgotten that one night stand.

The following days were typical for her. Walang halos bago. Kapag day time, nasa NCIT siya dealing with her studies pero kahit na ganon, hindi kailanman nabago ang night life ni Valentine.
