Roles

This chapter explains the roles of all the staffs in the wattpad Activists community.

FOUNDER

The founder is the one who created the community, the founder doesn't really have any responsibility except to ensure that the community is alive and running smoothly.

CO FOUNDERS

They are the ones who along side the founder created the community, They also don't have such a hectic responsibility, they just have to ensure that all is well in the community.

ADMINS

The admins are the ones to ensure that all the staffs carry out their duties and responsibilities and over see all the activities going on in the community, it's not as easy as it sounds, you must be ready and willing to dedicate at least four hours of your time to the community every day, you must be hardworking, honest, have a working WhatsApp account and you must be dedicated to the community dedicated.

BOOK CLUB MANAGERS

Like their name implies, they are the ones to handle the book club and ensure that all activities in the book club are carried out and everyone in the book club is fully engaged, this is a tough task, you must be nice and welcoming, patient and reliable, very fluent in English and have a working WhatsApp and Instagram account. You must ensure equality among the writers and that all the books are read, liked and reviewed, you must be able to dedicate at least five hours of your time everyday.

PLANNERS

They are the one to handle all the awards and contests that'll be going on in the community, They must be consistent, very fluent I English, have a working WhatsApp account. This isn't an easy task you must be social, nice, hardworking, welcoming, smart, vast, reliable, loyal, available...you must be able to dedicate at least seven hours of your time to the community each day.

GRAPHICS DESIGNERS

They are the ones that'll be in charge of the graphics shop, they will make book covers for winning books in awards and contests and also for the community, it's not a hard job, you must be creative, nice, dedicated and have an active WhatsApp account also you must be able to dedicate at least three hours of your time each day to the community.

REVIEWERS

Reviewers are also judges, they are the ones to judge entries of participants during contests, awards, and also to handle the Review shop. You must be reliable, fluent in English, able to meet deadlines, honest, have a working WhatsApp account, nice, dedicated and hardworking, you must be able to dedicate at least five hours of your time to the community each day.

EDITORS

They are the one edit the books of the winners and all the wattpad Activists community books, the wattpad Activists will allow them to monetize their role with the upcoming Edit shop. You must be fluent in English, reliable, consistent, smart, and dedicate at least four hours of your time to the community.

INTERVIEWERS

They are the ones to interview both authors and readers and also handle the community's magazine, they are to also bring sweet and interesting gossips. They must be social, vast in the area of interviewing and they will be in charge of the upcoming news shop which will revolve around: finding the truth behind latest trending news and so on, you must be smart, funny, interesting, nice, have a working WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter(optional) and Facebook account, and lastly you must be able to dedicate at least eight hours of your time to the community, its not an easy job.

PROMOTERS

They are the ones to promote the books of writers that won the awards, contest and also books in the book club and lastly they are also to promote the community itself. It's not a tough job but it's not easy either, you must have a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(optional) and WhatsApp account, you must be nice and fluent in English, vast in the area of your work. And you must be able to dedicate at least six hours of your time each day to the community.

SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLERS

They are the ones to manage the community's social account and invite wattpad writers to the community, their work isn't as though as others, you must be able to dedicate at least five hours of your time each day to the community, you must have a working twitter, instagram, facebook, Twitter and whatsapp account.
