We do know time is relative,
that's what Einstein used to say.
But why are we still wasting it,
when he's shown us the way?
We're walking samo old path of life,
which lead straight to the graves.
We should enjoy and cherish it,
why are we sorrowful slaves?
Humanity was once on top,
we've been the smartest here.
Now we are only sad poor souls,
that are no more thinking clear.
I'd like us all to remember,
what the people did and made.
I'd like us all to sit and think,
are we happy, when we fade?
The life and time just take from us,
so look me in the eyes.
Think about what you could have done
and do not tell me lies.
Are you happy with what we do,
or you're as scared as me?
Of those things nobody remembers
and we no longer see.
Memories should be kept and passed,
but will we ever learn?
Because even when they're set in stone,
we'll forget them and burn.
