madelyn layed in her bed, sitting on her phone and watching shameless on her laptop. her and nailea had just finished a meeting for their clothing line, the girl also knowing she had to get ready soon to go out for dinner with everyone in the house.

the girl turned off her computer, throwing on a hoodie and putting her hair in a clip as she put her hood up, closing her bedroom door and going downstairs. she saw everyone in the living room, the girl sitting in the beanbag as people surrounded the game table. " we are leaving around 7 for dinner with nikita" mia said to everyone, reading off of her phone
" wheres vinnie?" alex asked, everyone shrugging. " he's not coming" mia said, michael scoffing and everyone looking at him confused. " he barely goes out with us, he just stays in his room" michael said annoyed, madelyn not saying anything and sitting there listening to them talk bad about him basically.
" anyways, we need to post on the house tiktok account more, to get more brand deals" thomas said, everyone nodding and leaving back to their rooms. madelyn knocked on vinnies door, not getting a response so she assumed he was streaming. she opened the door, the boy sitting at his desk and talking, not to her obviously. madelyn decided to leave him, closing his door and going into her room to get ready.

she threw on a black cropped long sleeve and her brown cargo pants, adding a pair of her travis scott jordans. she slid her phone into her back pocket, taking the rollers out of her curtains bangs and applying her perfume. madelyn walked out of her room, going to vinnies door and hearing tiktok playing on his phone. she opened it slowly, looking inside before opening the tall white door fully. " we are leaving now" she said, vinnie saying goodbye and madelyn closing his door.
she went downstairs, everyone getting into their cars. madelyn went with mia, thomas and michael. she sat in the back on her phone, all. 4 casually making small talk.

madelyn smiled at the message, all of them walking into the restaurant. nikita hadn't arrived, so madelyn sat down beside the spot where she would sit. after a few minutes nikita arrived, madelyn hugging her and sitting back down. they all made small talk, then talking about the house. the cameras were behind them, madelyn deciding not to say much.
" i don't know, i'm disappointed in vinnie" michael said, madelyn's eyes quickly looking at the boy who sat across from her. she saw the camera zoom in on her, the girl just looking back down at her nails. " he barely does anything, just sits in his room. like, come on man"
they all listened to him continue talking about vinnie, madelyn not speaking up about anything. " i think we can all agree" michael said, no one replying and the girl wanting to say something. after about an hour they said goodbye, madelyn walking with mia to the car. it was an awkward silence, no one knowing what to say as michael looked out the window.

they arrived home, the girl going into her room and changing into a pair of black sweat pants and an oversized hoodie. she brushed her teeth and took all of her makeup off, then lighting a candle and picking up leo. she knew she had to tell vinnie what michael said at dinner, not wanting to seem like a bad friend to him. madelyn knew michael was in the wrong, the girl walking out of her room and knocking on vinnies door. " come in" he said, madelyn opening the door and putting leo down and sitting in his gaming chair. " hey madelyn, how was dinner?"
" it was okay, nothing amazing" she said, bouncing her one leg and biting the end of her fake nails. vinnie looked at the girl, raising an eyebrow before she sighed. " okay well, michael basically said he is disappointed in you because you never leave your room or film with any of us. he also said this earlier today- saying you never go out with us and your lazy". the girl watching as the boys face dropped. she got up, sitting beside him on his bed. " i'm sure he didn't mean it" she said softly, grabbing his hand and looking at him
" he's always so angry at me, i'm making my own money while in my room. i thought he was actually my friend" vinnie said, rubbing his face and shrugging " it's fine though, he's such upset for no reason. as usual".
madelyn's nodded, getting up and grabbing leo. " see you tomorrow"
