Every October 31st, Romania makes a little trip to America's mansion. He will hide
in the bushes for hours, whenever a child goes to America's house, he will jump out, flash his fangs, and scream in this deep maniacal voice. America has no knowledge of this and is starting to wonder why kids don't go trick or treating at his house much anymore
