Drista POV

The leaves crunched beneath my feet. A soft wind was blowing gently through my hair as my thoughts echoed in my head. The spruce trees were surrounding the small pathway I was walking on. Beautiful snow-capped mountains were scattered amongst the mist in the distance. I only wished my stroll could have lasted longer. I had a mission though, I needed to get there on time, so I quickened my pace.

A smile broke onto my face when I reached the ruins of Lemanburg, there sat on a small wooden bench, my old friend Tommy. As I approached him, I realized what I had to do. My face fell, all he had ever wanted was justice. Did I really have to crush what little hope I had left? My brother was my brother, I loved him, but he could be cruel sometimes.

"Tommy! I've missed you alot. How have you been?" I asked him.

"Cut the small talk! We both know I want Lemanburg back. I came with the netherite and the disks. Let's just get this trade over with," He said sharply.

"I'm so sorry, old friend. On behalf of the Greater Dream SMP I cannot accept this. If you have Lemanburg back, there will once again be war. I can't let that happen. Dream cannot let this happen, after all, we only want the best for everyone," I said trying to hold back my regret.

"You've changed Drista, what happened to the scrappy young teenager that used to beg just to go mining, or collect wood with me? Don't you feel anything at all? Perhaps you've just become like your brother, cold, heartless, attachment bare. I knew you wouldn't care about how I've changed. Goodbye Drista, I hope to never see you again," Tommy swiftly mounted the brown horse, signaling goodbye with a nod, and solitarily rode off into the sunset.

I let out a shaky sigh, if only he knew my true feelings, if only Dream wasn't so overprotective of me. If only- I closed my eyes and let the thoughts rush through my mind, trying to sort them all out, only to have me more confused in the end.

I crouched down on the glass barrier that was separating me from Wilbur Soot unfinished symphony. This land was treasured, the memory's it held, the time and the war, it meant nothing now. Just another section of the massive empire Dream controlled. While still exiled, he could never be killed, nobody would kill him. Everyone just wanted to be alive forever and Dream knew that. He controlled Wilbur, the once great, powerful Wilbur Soot, The same Wilbur that destroyed his own nation, just because of past tyrants. Tyrants, that only became what they became, because of Dream.
