Jules' POV.

I sighed as I walked towards the door and opened it "hello?" I asked Looking at somebody made out of black goo. "Who are you?" I asked "The messager do not shoot the messager" Was the response I got.

"Wait why would I shoot you that doesn't make any logical sense at all?" I asked "Yes well Midas I thought you'd be taller" He said back at me. "I'm not Midas I'm his child" I responded. "Also before you go a 15 year old blah blah I'm adopted."

"Oh well then may I speak to your father i have a warning for him" The goo man said "yes mr goo man." I said "Just Chaos is fine child!" He called after me as I entered and I yelled back "Alright mr goo man!" Before walking into the room with the dinner table.

I sighed looking at the lovebirds "hey dad someone at the door wants to speak with you!" I said "What's there name" he asked "Mr goo man or chaos" I said he chuckled to himself a bit.

Midas sighed as he got up "I will be back" He said before walking off "Why was he glaring?" asked Kaven "Mother how do you expect me to know?" I asked.

Midas POV

"Ahhh Midas good to see you again" Chaos said sighing "wish the feeling was mutual you ruined my life!" I said. "How many times do I have to tell you that wasn't me we've always been best friends and I'm just the messager so put that gun down and do not shoot the messager" Said Chaos.

"Tempting offer I really really don't want to do this I just need some proof you stopped acting like yourself 2 weeks prior to the device and the day of the device you tried to hijack it! I saw you!" I said clenching my grip on the gun. Chaos looked at me and sighed.

"I wasn't on the island in those weeks you know that I was off somewhere else calm down midas before you get yourself hurt!" Chaos said. "But but I saw." I tried to say "Calm down Midas Calm down." Was All chaos agent responded.

I sighed as I put the gun back in my pocket. "Now then messager give me your message" I said. "A great threat to every reality is coming. They call him the devour of worlds." Chaos said. "Who in the what now?" I asked. "Let's just go to your roof it'll be easier to explain up there." Chaos said. "Alright let's pretend you make sense and do that." I said as we went towards the stairs I yelled out to the others to meet us on the roof.

Once we where all on the roof I sighed. "What Excatly are we looking at?" Asked Jules.  Chaos agent sighed and pointed up and towards lazy lake.

"Hey Dad does that kinda look like the thing the other person that fell from the sky kept complaining about?" Asked Jules. "It does" I responded. "When did they unvault rifts I mean what is that?" I heard Kaven say.
