Chapter 3 - Communication.

"I can't believe this! This is totally unfair!" I said angrily to myself. And also the moth person somehow sitting on my desk lamp. "Even after Tori leaves us for 6 years to 'work in the big city' Ell still let's her stay here." I huffed. "She's too kind for her own good."

The moth person, who's name was Moth, yes, Moth, thought I should mention that, simply just flicked their wings. "This is so unfair." I repeated. I grabbed Susan and started to play a song. It was something that had been in drafts for a while. I started to sing along to the lyrics.

Anyways as I was singing Tori decided to be a ass and walk into my room. Not even a knock. Just 'Hey how ya doing I say as I come in here with no warning!' I immediately paused and stared at her awkwardly. "How much of that did you hear?" I asked her. "Like half of it. You have a nice singing voice."

"Oh. Thanks." My cheeks turned a light pink from embarrassment. No one ever listened to me perform much anymore. It was nice to get a compliment every once in a while. I shook my head a bit. "What do you want?"
She was scanning the room intently, perhaps looking for something.

"Oi, Commie, stop looking around my room and answer my question." I called to her. "Oh, right. Ell sent me to here so we could talk or get along or something like that. I'd say I don't want to but she's standing right behind me right now with a broken Smirnoff bottle."

I somewhat looked behind her and saw part of Ell's brunette hair. "Oh, you weren't kidding." Tori yelped as she was pushed into the room by Ell. Ell closed the door and ran off, probably back into the living room. I sighed and set Susan down. She was probably gonna be in here for a while. Oh well. Guess I'll try to deal with it.

Tori mumbled something then kinda just fell onto the wall. "Well, you're probably gonna be here for a while, so that sucks." I looked at where Tori was looking at and noticed they were staring at the moth person. "Who and/or what is that-?" She asked confused.

"Oh. That's Moth. They kinda just sit there for a while. They're a good listener." The moth person twitched there wings in response. "Do they talk?" Tori said while looking at them. "Sometimes. Its rare though." She kinda just stood there for a second and then simply said, "oh."

Toru went back to looking around my room. "Ya looking for something?" I asked her. "No, just... looking." "For what?" I said, "What? Can't a girl just, look around?" I huffed. "Yes but not you." "I- How does that even work?" "Shut up!" Tori's eyes seemed to light up for a second as she noticed something.

She proceeded to look at me for a split second before darting her eyes towards the ceiling. "What is with you and weird creatures all around your room?" Tori asked me, probably talking about the glowing eyes coming from the ceiling. "There's like, two more in here somewhere."

"Excuse me what-" "Nevermind that." I said to her, hoping to switch the topic so I wouldn't have to explain the random demons and moth creature around my room. I looked at the thing her eyes lit up at and noticed it was a vandalized picture of her.

Hmm, wonder why she would get excited about something like that. It was literally a vandalized picture of her. Meh, its not like I care though. But why would she- Brain I just said I didn't care so I'm not gonna care. Tori seemed weirdly calm for someone who was in a room with their enemy. Wait why did I even keep the picture-?

Why am I even thinking about this? This is confusing. "Well, I think it's probably safe to leave now so I'm gonna go." Tori said, sneaking a quick glance at the picture then walking out. That was weird. I thought suspiciously. Meh, better to not waste my braincells on that prick anyways.

This is gonna be a stressful week.
