So here's the plot - Leo finds out that Jessica is just Jenna. When Jessica/Jenna was 5, she was kidnapped, so to protect her, her parents changed her looks and completely covered up Jenna's identity. The whole world who knew Jenna, except Fleamont and Euphemia, had their memory of her removed by a mass obliviation.
Then Leo finds out that HE is not an EVANS, but an EMERYS. He finds blood adoption changes. He gets crystal blue eyes, his skin tone more PALER. His hair will turn more DARKER. His name is Alexander Emerys.
Lily and James get together on the first day of 7th year, in their Head Boy/Girl patrol duties.
