The Lost Haunted House

CHAPTER 2

All of my last classes went by so fast. At some point I was happy it did because I wanted to go home so bad.

My friends and I are sleeping over at Leah's house. We loved sleeping at each other houses since we were younger. It was just so much fun.

Anyway I just got out of my last class which was Mathematics. I love the subject but I don't really like the teacher. The teacher doesn't like me neither. So I was happy school was out for today.

I walked into the locker room hoping to find my friends there. And lucky me they were standing right next to my locker.

"Hey guys....and girl... ,whats up?" I said trying to be a little funny but failed.

"Really funny Lily." Leah said trying to be serious but also failed.

"Aw I'm sorry Leah I didn't mean it that way. I'm really sorry Leah." I said.

"It's okay Lily I was just messing with you. Don't take it so serious girl. Just chill." Leah said while playfully punching my right arm.

"So you guys ready to go to my house?" Leah asked.

"Yeah!!" We all said in unison.

Because we slept a lot at Leah's house we have clothes at her house so we didn't need to bother about bringing clothes. Leah's house is like our 2nd house. Her parents were usually on business trips so she had the house to herself. And comparing her house to mine, it was really big. Not so big but like 2 times bigger than mine.

It took us about 10 minutes to get to Leah's house. We went home to Leah's house with her car but Jake was driving.

"So do you guys know anything about the mystery of 'The Lost Hauntes House'?" I out of nowhere asked. We were so interested in this mystery probably more than any other teenager.

"Well no but I really hope that Mrs. McCoy tells us the real story tomorrow." Justin said.

"Why are you hoping?" Nathan asked Justin.

"Because she always forgets to do things she puts in her head for more than 2 hours." Justin said in a matter of fact tone.

"Right...." Jake said,"You can't blame her she is in her late 40's."

"So... What are we gonna do?" I asked hoping for an answer.

"Well... We can .... Uh.. I don't know..." Jake said speechless.

"Let's go inside. We're not gonna stand all day long right." Leah said.

"Yeah you're probably right let's go inside." Justin answered.

Being inside we had nothing to do. So we decided to talk about ghost stories and paranormal activities.

"Do any of you know what happened to that couple that went into the woods trying to find the lost haunted house?" I asked curiously.

"Well my brother knew the guy that went into the woods with his girlfriend and I don't know what happened." Nathan said.

"Really Nathan! Are you kidding me?!" I said standing in front of Nathan.

"Sorry I was just kidding." He said smiling.

*after about 4 hours* 

"Why don't we all go to sleep. We have a really exciting day coming on tomorrow." Leah said and we all agreed with her.

"Yeah I'm so excited for tomorrow but also really tired now." I said yawning .

"Good night my dear friends." Jake said.

"Good night." Leah,Justin,Nathan and I said in unison.
