A week later,
Deacon was downing beer as he watched Kamryn play at recess. He finally got out of the car he shoved a gun in his jeans and walked towards the school playground. He grabbed Kamryn before the teachers could get to him.
Kamryn began to scream and cry as he held a gun to ensure that they stay back. The school's security officer saw the whole thing and called it in. He tried his best to diffuse the situation. The school officials also called Frankie who was the firehouse having lunch with Bucky.
They jumped in Bucky's truck and hauled ass to the elementary school.
"Don't you dare come any closer! She's coming with me to LA! Say goodbye to mama" Deacon said to Bucky as he started to come for him.
All Kamryn could do is cry, the police pulled in with guns armed. The other students had already been taken back inside the school.
"He has no parental rights, no custody." Frankie said through tears.
"Put the gun down Mr Taylor." An officer said
"No." He said as he started to walk away.
"MOMMY! BUCKY!" Kamryn screamed
An officer shot him in his shoulder causing him to drop her and she went running to Frankie and Bucky.
"Shh baby its okay. Its okay baby" Bucky whispered as he held them both as tears fell.
Deacon was arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping and wanton endangerment of a minor. He posted his own bail and flew back to LA, when he did get back it was all over the news.
He was also served with a restraining order and custody papers from his girlfriend who has a son with him that is two years younger than Kamryn. He was also dropped from the LA Rams NFL team.
