Chapters 3-4!

Chapter 3: Who’s Here
“OMG!!!!”
 
I ran down the stairs and ran to the door and gave her a huge hug. It's my best friend Joe! “Why are you here? Shouldn’t you be in New York working on your fashion magazines?”
 
“Michael’s parents invited me, and I had a week off for vacation still, so I took it, to come and see my best friend and meet by best friends' future parents' in-law.” she says with a smile.
 
“Omg, I am so excited we can have so much fun we can go out to lunch and dinner and get drinks!” I say excitedly.
 
Joe cuts me off “woah calm down girl, you need to wait a minute we have things to discuss, and I have somethings I need to ask and tell you.”
 
“Ok so tell me.” I say.
 
“Well, it’s not something I want to talk about in front of people right now.” She replies.
 
“Ok, let's go talk we can get coffee on the way.” I say with a smile.
 
“Ok!” Says Joe.
 
So, joe and I say goodbye to everyone and head out to get coffee. Well we got coffee we started talking and she starts getting all flustered and starts rambling on and on.
 
“Whoa, slow down, take breath and talk to me.” I say.
 
“Ok so do u know if Bradly has a girlfriend?” Joe askes.
 
“No he doesn’t. Why? Do u like him?!” I say trying not to laugh?
 
“Shut up!” Joe says as she blushes. “I mean he’s cute! But I don’t know, he seems like he’s got an attitude.
 
“well I don’t know if he does I have never seen a bad side of him, he’s kind and I think you and him would get along, lets all go out tonight the four of us we can talk and you can get to meet Bradly for yourself!” I say excitedly.
 
“Ok!” says Joe, “but if we are we need to go shopping I have nothing to wear, and you can tell me everything I need to know about Bradly!
 
“Alright then lets go!” I say excitedly!
 
So, we go out and get new outfits. We got so much stuff that we had to bring the car through town just to hold all our stuff. Normally we only must walk around the stores on foot, but I guess we just had a lot of stuff we bought!
 
“Lets go get lunch and we can explore town a bit more.” I say as joe’s stomach growls. “I know a really good place just down the road from here?”
 
“okay” joe says.
 
We get to the store and I ask what joe is ordering, she tells me she wants a salad.
 
I Say “okay” and the waiter approaches us, he says “what can I get for you two lovely young women?”
 
I would like the cheeseburger and some fries and my friend here is going to take a garden salad.
 
“Alright, that will be right out.” He says while staring at joe.
 
I Turn my head and realize she is staring at him too, and they both have this passionate look in their eyes.
 
“Okay, I have to ask.” I say with an excited expression. What is up with you today you just cannot keep your eyes off a man today?”
 
“Nothing is up…” joe says as she tries not to make eye contact with me. “ I cannot help that the men in this town are attractive!”
 
“Josette Gilmore”  I say with a surprised yet not surprised look.
 
“what?!?... I can’t help that they are attractive!” she says with a serious but exenterated look on her face.
I sarcastically roll my eyes. “Okay…” I say
 
The waiter comes back with our food, and he shoots his shot.
“Uh… I was wondering if maybe you would like to maybe go out with me sometime?” he says as he scratches his neck.
 
“Sure I would love to!” Joe says
 
“Cool” he replies. How about tomorrow night we can meet up after my shift and we can go out?
 
“Sounds great!” Says Joe. “can’t wait!
 
He drops off our food and goes back to work.
 
“Omg I cannot believe I got asked out!” Joe says excitedly.
 
“Yeah ok.” I say.
 
“What?” Joe asks.
 
“Nothing...” I say.
 
“No what?” Joe asks confused.
 
“Nothing... it's just you keep asking about Bradly and you say you want to get to know him but, you say yes to another guy and yet you don’t even know his name yet.” I say with a serious look on my face. I just don’t understand, I’m confused!
 
“Ok let's just talk about this later!” Joe Says as she gets up to pay the check.
 
“Ok...” I say with a fake smile on my face.
 
Then we headed home to get ready for that evening.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Chapter 4: The Fight
 
 
Joe and I get ready and head to the door where we are greeted by Bradly and Michael who got ready in the basement. We all say hi and Bradly opens the door, and we all head to the cars Joe and I go in the same car and Michael and Bradly go in the same car.
 
We went to the bar and ordered a few drinks, then we all decided to play a game called Never Have I ever. Michael asks the first question, he asks Never have I ever had a one-night stand Joe and Bradly take a shot. So, Joe asks the next question, she asks dated more than one person at a time only I take a shot. So, we keep asking questions back and forth and Michael ends up seeing some of his old friends from high school. We ended the game and Joe, Bradly and I decided to buy a few more drinks. Joe is also a little bit of a light weight, so she got more drunk than us quickly. Bradly decides to head home for the night, he calls a taxi because he doesn’t want to drive home.
 
Joe and I head outside just to breathe and look at the beautiful sky when suddenly she starts acting weird. I walk around outside in circles looking at the sky when she grabs my arm and yells at me saying “hay, look at me when I’m talking to you!”
 
I say sorry and she goes “And who gave the idea to play the stupid never have I ever game?!”
 
“I did, and everyone agreed that we should play it!” I say back. “What is really making you mad Joe?
 
“Fine, I don’t understand why you don’t want me going on a date with the guy from the restaurant!” Joe replies.
 
“Oh... that’s what this is about! It’s not like I don’t want you to go on a date with him!” I reply. “It’s just I don’t want anyone to get hurt because you like Bradly as well and if you like him more than the guy from the restaurant then I don’t think you should have said yes to the date with him!”
 
Joe says with attitude. “So, what are you saying... you don’t want me to find love!
 
“No, no, no! That is not at all what I'm saying” I yell.
 
“Well that’s what it sounds like!”
 
“Well, I'm sorry you feel that way!” I reply with anger. I can’t deal with this. I'm going inside.
 
“Good!!!” she replies.
 
I walk inside and go right to Michael, but he is too busy talking and drinking with his friends that he doesn’t even notice. So, I got our car and drove home. I walked in crying because of how upset I was. I saw Bradly walking into the kitchen to get a snack, and he saw me crying, walked up to me and asked what was wrong. I took him downstairs, and I told him everything that happened, I don’t know why but I felt like I could tell him.
 
He pulls me into a hug and tells me everything is going to be okay, and I believed him for a moment, I believed him. With him holding me and telling me that everything was going to be okay, I felt safe in his arms like I would never be able to get hurt again, I felt like I was invincible. Then we just sat there for hours, he was holding me, and we were just talking until we just fell asleep. We sat there all night sleeping while he was holding me.
 
The next morning, I woke up and right as I woke up Michael walked into the room, and I already knew what was coming next. I sit up and Michael goes off.
 
He yells, “why the hell are you sleeping with my brother in his bed?!?”
 
“It is not what it looks like” I say angrily “we were...”
 
“What sneaking around behind my back!”
 
“No!” I reply, “of course not, I would never do that to you!
 
“Well then why the hell are you sleeping in my brother's bed with him?! Michaels yells!
 
Bradly says, “because you weren’t there when she needed you!
 
“What?!? I have always been there for her!” Michael replies!
 
“Not last night, you weren't!” I yell. “I came to you last night and you weren’t there for me!”
 
Michael responds. “What would you have needed me for last night!?!
 
“Joe and I got into a fight!” I tell Michael. “You know what, I Can’t deal with this right now” I say as I storm out of the room!
 
Bradly follows me out of the basement. “Sofia are you ok?” he asks.
 
“Does it look like I’m ok?” I say with anger in my voice. “I just want to be alone right now ok!”
 
“Ok fine!” Bradly says.
